Beautiful stuff in there. Good quality. Have some money if you plan to buy any but know you'll probably have them a whole lifetime! They are repairing a coat and they are the best place around. Good work, no worries.
I’ve purchased a few pairs of shoes, socks, inserts, and had some help with minor shoe fixes here. I’m always met with a friendly, knowledgeable employee. Never felt rushed or pressured into a purchase. They have a great selection and I appreciate having a place like this close by...seems unique anymore.
What a wonderful store and staff that run it. I've been buying Birks from them forever and they keep restoring and resoling them with great care. Had a great experience today buying myself and my wife hiking boots. First class fitting and guidance from Matt. I won't go anywhere else for our shoes.
