They said that they installed a Ring doorbell and are charging me for it, though I never got a Ring doorbell. I was asked several times if I wanted a Ring doorbell by the salesperson when I got my phone. The doorbell was to be $120 over a period of 24 months. $5 per month. I accepted and was told I would get a call in a few weeks. After a few weeks of no call, I called and was told that my doorbell had been installed already!! I am being billed monthly. They said that because I waited until after my first bill came, it was too late to claim that I didn't get my Ring doorbell. They can come to my home - I've never had a doorbell. They won't come look, can't provide me with the technician that claimed to install it and won't stop billing me. They're stealing $120 from me.
Jared is an absolute rockstar! I never leave reviews but for the quality of service I got on a non sale! I absolutely had to! He bent over backwards to save me hundreds! I would absolutely recommend asking for him if you want an honest and caring rep for your process. He turned a horrible experience into the best customer service I have ever received or seen and I was a manager in the phone sales industry for years. You will thank yourself if you ask for Jared and I will only send my family and friends to him from now on.
As customers we simply do not get the service we pay for. The customer service is non existent. Since they practically operate as a monopoly they do not have to care for their customers as they should. The GIG plan in PDX is consistently testing under 150 Meg, simply false advertising for this plan.
Very shabby treatment by the two men working the night we went there. They sold us a prepaid modem for wifi. They did not enter our phone number nor assign us an account number making it impossible to actually have any service started. We had to actually raise our package and be assigned an account number by a very helpful person on the phone. Instead of the promised price of $45 we now are paying $72.00 monthly.
Had to exchange some equitment, the service provided by customer service Ken, well done i had some questions regarding some services and He was very helpful to my questions. I did enjoy service like this. Tnks Comcast!
I received excellent customer service from Kevin Burrows at this location. Very knowledgeable person about Xfinity. The purchase of my new phone will be through him. Can't say enough about his customer service skills. My son and I thank you Kevin.
Customer centric service from Comcast, so good to see! I needed to activate Xfinity residential service at a location that previously had Comcast Business service. Despite a prior installation, their system indicated a new installation would be required. I explained that the cable line and jack were still intact, and they were able to do an override and activate my account and modem. Overall, a great experience, and the cable internet service has resolved a VPN stability issue with my former ISP. Speeds are great, service is stable, 100% uptime! Xfinity FTW :
Treated with respect and the customer service representatives listened to what I needed help with without interrupting. The manager is great and always acknowledging customers. This store is on 72nd and Sandy Blvd.
Now they're getting rid of NFL and Basketball. I'm 100% completely done with Comcast. My grandma needs the NFL and price is right. No more.
Need to activate a new TIVO device. Turns out that no one, not even on line support staff, have knowledge to perform activation.
