Went in to talk about my plan as I wanted to make some adjustments to it. Initially I was incredibly happy with the deal I seemingly been given- keeping same channels, faster Internet, and with a lower price too. For whatever reason however, instead of adjusting my current plan or changing it out they decided to give me a whole new account WITHOUT informing me that they were doing this, if they did they sure as hell didn't disclose it. I didn't know about it until I got home and attempted to set everything back up only to find that the modem didn't work and couldn't be made to work- I ultimately had to contact 3, different departments in order to find out what they did. And even after that was resolved I STILL had to contact tech support to get the new modem running. After all that I was defeated but seemingly everything was working. That is until I was informed that one of the cable boxes isn't working and by the looks of it things, it's seems it's because of this locations mind boggling decision. I do not understand why they chose to creat a whole new account for me under my middle name when all of wanted was to adjust/change my plan. I have been a loyal customer since at least 2017, and while I do have some gripes with Comcast and Xfinity as a whole, they generally provide good enough service and great customer support. I just don't understand how or why, they decided to create a new account for me, why it had to take most of my afternoon/evening just to get my modem set up, and why I now have to go back tomorrow to try and get my cable box issue resolved. Honestly this experience with just this store makes me consider switching services. The workers were nice enough, friendly but my lord does it feel like they did not know what they were doing.
Worst experience ever!! They don’t deserve any stars! The manager even refused to help me. You cannot even call a store! It’s all call centers and all of them refuse to transfer you to a manager. You are told to drive to “corporate” store. I have already been to one just by chance. I just happened to be at the Trader Joe’s next door. I’ve been dealing with this for 3 months. Worst mobile company ever! Worst customer service! Even if you do get ahold of someone thru the app or 800 number they will not be able to fix your problem, but they will tell you they did, then you will get billed again for a service you cancelled 2 1/2 months ago! The last email I got was last sat. Saying my service was disconnected due to non payment. They even contradict themselves. Corporate confirmed over a month ago it was closed. No more payments would be charged. But yet here I am, they are threatening me with a $109 bill for service Oct to Nov when I cancelled in Sep! Do yourself a favor and Pass on Xfinity Mobile!!!!
I walked in to return the modem. Was not even greeted sat down watch TV because they were busy. Employees acted like I wasn’t even there. Someone else walked in and they were greeted and help immediately. Sat there for another 15 minutes until I finally had enough and told them that they could call me if they have any issues. We will see if they call me with my return item. Xfinity was great until that experience I won’t go back
Too many outages, an unreliable DHCP server, a poor Doccis 3.1 implementation, and slow uplink speed. I use an approved modem with a separate pfSense router. Whenever service goes down their DHCP server is unresponsive. I may end up switching to quantum fiber.
Great service. They went above and beyond helping my mother and I. We came in 25 minutes before closing and they walked us through the phone process. Huge shout out to the women working on June 24th. I appreciate the help. Recommend this store.
There's an employee named Mercedes working there, she's by far the best comcast employee ive worked with in over 10 yrs of service with the company. Very satisfied.
Worst costumer service ever ! They messed up our entirety service. Upgraded us without being told and gave us phone service without telling us. They didn’t know what they were doing. Went in 3 days! And still don’t have my service right !!
If I could give negative stars they would receive-5. Internet service has been going out every day at 3 am for weeks. Always told to reset modem. Sometimes it works Sometimes it doesn't. Phone recently crashed due to some type of Sim card issue. I was in the store for 3+ hours getting a replacement and transferring contacts and photos. None of my contacts or photos were transferred. I lost all my job contacts. O would definitely recommend using another internet service. I've had nothing but trouble with this one. Along with the unacceptable service
The staff there was very patient with me not knowing much about setting up phones and so on. Good service!
Called Xfinity to to get a count issue fixed. They said to go into the store. I go into the store and They laughed at me, not a metaphor actually laughed at me and told me to get out. When I said I need to know how to fix it they said get out. And called the cops. I was in less then 30 seconds and they refused to help and said get out and have cops called rather then actually try to understand what I needed done. Xfinity isn’t great but wow this is the worst service EVER!! Do not even try to work with this store don’t waste your time
