Xfinity Store by Comcast

The store is clean and the people were helpful, fast and friendly. Even though I was only there to return a modem, knowing that kind of service is nearby and in a well-kept store will make me reconsider changing back next time my contract is up.

Pretty amazing. Parked in lot, walked right in, welcomed and helped immediately, handed in old boxes, handed new boxes. I think I was in and out in under 5 minutes.

For the second weekend in a row, the store has been opened late by a late associate instead of 10:00 as expected. Last weekend it was 10:06; this weekend it’s 10:40 and there’s still no one here. Embarrassing for Comcast and lots of angry customers waiting outside in the parking lot.

Comcast scammed me. They told me changing my services would be cheaper but they werent. They sent me a broken cable box and I called them and never got help. Never use Comcast. They are a scam

The Connecticut Avenue store the employees were so respectable to me and my puppy it almost scared me, which is most unusual for us black men with any race of people in America and mainly in Washington DC. I'd like to thank Xfinity for the professionalism and the respectful employees who help me with my issues during my visit.
