Stay as far away from this service and company. Currently fighting with them about fees of over $18K for services they did not provide. When we did have their service it would go down all the time and was much slower than DSL and couldn't keep up with our systems. Months after we canceled, a very aggressive collection agency starts calling our business and yelling at my employees. Saying we owe XO money for terminating our "contract" early. We did not have a contract with them and at the time I called to cancel, all I was told was to provide a 30 notice. I gave them more notice than that. Now, every time someone from XO or their collection agency calls me, each phone call explains different set of terms and different reasons why we owe them money. A quote from the last caller from XO: "If XO did not charge early termination, we would not be in business." -Kiwana Kennedy Also Kiwana, telling me that if we can agree on a "amicable amount" for us to pay you to stop their harassing and threatening phone calls to my staff and myself, is called extortion. Good luck trying to defraud your past unsatisfied customers XO.
