Went to pick up a pallet of bikes in my pickup truck on a Wednesday in December at noon since they did not deliver to western Washington County soon enough for my need. The wait for the office was very short no line, and the forklift was ready to load the truck in less than 5 minutes. The pallet was stacked very high, and the forklift operator spent 15-20 minutes making sure it fit, and helping me re-pack the load so it was not so top heavy. I very much appreciate his help. I had a great experience here.
Longest wait times in the universe of all warehouses. Plan to spend at least 2 hours to pick up some boxes of materials. It would be quicker for me to walk in there and hand load directly from the racks. Why have forklift drivers then?
Employees are very friendly, but it takes average about 45 min to get pallet of material. Office people are ussualy quick, but not enought forklift people and huge lines. Last time it was a record, took me 1:45 to get my pallet.
Artificial outdoor grass was ordered at Home Depot Dec 4th 1919. Delivery to be 12/19/19. Delivery date came, drove from a job site at Lincoln City to be at delivery site in Hillsboro. No show, no call. Checking on order found it was not traceable due to their inability to put correct tracking # on merchandise. A complete waste of a 90 min trip and loss of work time, not to mention money. Home Depot got involved and found Global Express had not entered their own information correctly, plus had put Portland zip code on order going to a Hillsboro location. Next delivery was scheduled for Jan 21st 2020, why so far out? On a another job site on the 21st, received a call from Ryder that they were going to site of delivery. Went to site for the meet. No show. They AGAIN went to the wrong zip code, somewhere in Portland. The address and zip code had been confirmed numerous times by myself and Home Depot. Upon further conversations and time spent with Global Express, Home Depot and Ryder THIRD attempt of delivery was scheduled for Feb 1st 2020, which was successful. I feel Global Express, and Ryder both should reimburse moneys for their incompetence of delivery service and time wasted.
Very sloooooow service. Two hours just picking up materials. Have been here several times. Same story . We are picking up materials from other suppliers, spent there 30 -40 min at most. Management should address this issue. Looks like business is going pretty well, they even don’t have to care about there customers. Nobody cares.
Horrible customer service. There were 2 employees that sat around talking and two employees that were moving slower than turtles. If a company I purchased merchandise from said they had any part in the delivery of my goods I would cancel the order.
Drove from the East coast to make a delivery, we were there over 10 hours before they started to unload us. I think 1 worker in the whole place, and he left at 5pm. Friendly, just need to hire more workers.
The staff is wonderful, friendly and on top of their game. I get paperwork and loaded up very effeciantly.keep up the great work Portland Xpess Global team.
Very nice people. Angel, Chris, and Dean are very helpful with my Will-Call orders.
