The doctor did properly treat me, however bed side manners could have been more inviting. They insist that you pay a “$120 deductible/deposit” upfront and the rest of your money would be “automatically” reimbursed after insurance clears it. My insurance company paid the claim within 17 days of my visit my copay is $40. 43 days after my initial visit no reimbursement. I had to physically go back to the Urgent Care office to request the $80 difference. At that point they had double dipped my payment plus my insurance. Seek care elsewhere unless you want to chase your money.

Always have really great interactions here. The staff is polite and on time. They get us in and out as quickly as possible all while still addressing all the issues or concerns. They have an in house lab. and Xray so I don’t have to run to another place for it. Just love this place. If I have any problems with my health, this is my first stop.

I was looking for an urgent care clinic to see if I could get seen and evaluated in person for a bad cough and sore throat. I actually was driving and saw this clinic from the road and decided to check it out. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient and checked me in quickly. This was around 5 PM. I got taken back to the Patient Room. Dr. attended to me and did a complete evaluation with several tests ordered. I had x-rays taken, blood drawn and swabs done of my nose and throat. They checked me for COVID and flu. Turned out to be flu. The necessary medications were prescribed and the action plan explained to me by the doctor himself. I was done in about 20 minutes from the time I checked in and out. All the staff who attended to me were super nice and very efficient and professional. This is a very modern facility that functions extremely well for the Federal Health insurance plans. I would highly recommend this facility. They are top notch!!

I want you and your entire staff to know that: Given the current medical crisis, you handled the enormous amount of people fairly & orderly, despite the waiting room being full with the patients close to closing time. Once seen, your entire staff was very nice, professional, informative and thoughtful. There were 4 of us and we were all seen, tested and vitals taken which was so much nicer than the other drive up Covid-19 testing windows. It was more thorough and personal. Front staff, Jennifer, I believe was very nice. The entire staff was great. I appreciated that the doc gave me 2 meds per my symptoms and explained everything very thoroughly. Wait time wasn’t terrible like other places because they don't accept all the health insurances on the earth. I went at around 5 PM on a Monday. A good place for simple or complex treatment when you don't want to go to the ER and wait for 7 hours. Reading other reviews,I was glad I came here.

Everyone here is awesome. Dr. has excellent bedside manners, listens & has best interest for his patients. Dr. is also extremely knowledgeable, kind, and a nice doctor who’s just easy to talk to. He will treat you well w/ professionalism & respect. Everyone who works here is just awesome as they provide great quality services to every enrolled patient. All 5-stars review are honest and well-deserving for this clinic. Thank you for treating me well. I truly appreciate everything. You guys are the best.

My first time with Xpress Care. Don't have enough words to thank them for saving my daughter from spending 10 hours in the ER. She had an open gash on her hand and we waited 5 hours in the ER waiting room. Just left the ER and came here.No wait time. Very efficient check in process, even for a first visit. Loved that the doctor could call up the prescription. Caring doctor and staff. Was out in less than 50 minutes will be less in future check-ins.

I went to this Urgent care location in Pentagon city in Virginia. Even though there were many patients there, I had a reasonable wait time. When I went into the examination room, within a few minutes, my doctor came in and immediately ordered some tests and x-rays which were right across the room. He diagnosed my condition, and gave me a prescription which I filled across the street from the clinic . I don't know of any medical facility besides this Urgent care that is giving this kind of caring and convenient medical care! Thank you Xpress Care!!!

Every person I interacted with during my visit was extremely professional and clear with me. I was not expecting such a great experience at 8 PM after every other urgent care was closed. I appreciate the information sheets that are given for each aspect of the treatment. I can't explain how nicely doctor did stitches on my thumb gash and the sheets allowed me to review treatment after I got home

This was hands down The BEST experience I've ever had going to urgent care. I rarely go to the doctor except for routine care. And I typically never go to urgent care. So for the few times I have gone in the past I've always been very frustrated with the process and how long it takes. The staff at Xpress Urgent Care was top notch. Literally every person I interacted with was pleasant, courteous and professional; almost to the point I would want to make it my primary care if that was an option lol. Seriously, I can not express how satisfied I am with my experience. Thank you!!
