My first appointment with Dr. Hong and his staff. Lovely waiting room and no wait time. Again, no waiting! I felt like Dr. Hong took his time and made sure I understood everything we discussed. I would definitely refer family and friends to Dr. Hong.

Wait time is minimal, staff is mindful & professional. Options are clearly defined, and no pressure is exerted. It seems clear to me that the ultimate goal is patient well-being and successful outcome.

Very detailed, the doctor talks to you without talking down to you. He makes you understand everything that is going on and what needs to be done. Turning a stressful situation into a much more pleasant one.
