Yaffa's Living well is worth my time to travel out to her in Brooklyn to see her for nutrition consultation. I never thought that she can help me lose weight but she did! By 8 lbs! Her organic healthy meals are tasty and she put a lot of thought in the meal plans that she makes for me. Since I am a picky eater she works with what I will eat. Pro- I lost 8lbs because of her advice and organic meals, quiet and clean facility, very private and in a Jewish neighborhood. Had a wonderful medical massage to try to release the negative pulling in my right shoulder. Sam, the spa man used his techniques to smooth out the tension and tried the stones that didn't want to tingle yesterday, Learned some fascinating herbal techniques. Made another appointment for next month. $80 for 50 min. is a tad expensive but I give it another go.
