I'm giving them one star, because you can't give zero stars. I placed an order for a Ranch truck cap, and paid a cash deposit. I needed the cap in 8 weeks, which I was assured would happen. 5 days later they call me and tell me that Ranch doesn't make a cap for my truck, but Century does, but $400 more. I agreed to that. 6 weeks later I called, no status on the cap. Next week I'm told it won't be built for another 6 weeks. This was less than 2 weeks before a cross country trip, which is why I needed a cap. They offered to return my deposit. 2 weeks later, no deposit has been returned. This was a disaster customer experience. If I didn't keep calling, I'd still be in the dark. I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere.
I have gotten several items here for both my vehicle's and the guy I work with is always very knowledgeable and respectful. The installers also do a great job of making sure my vehicle looks good as new after installation. Will be back soon for a few things for my car and SUV.
We bought an Elite truck bed cover at Yankee Custom. Got there early and they took me right in. Installation was quick. However, they never offered to come out and explain anything about the cover, when it was done.It was raining, maybe Covid? Also I had to adjust it when I got home. The cover was too far over on one side. It wouldn't lock properly. Tried calling back and no one answered the phone.
Guy behind the counter has a major attitude problem, their prices are the highest around local or online and their in house selection consists of bare walls and "we can order it" methods. I called ahead and was put on hold twice before being hung up on. Decided to just drive over and pick up the items in person. I waited while the guy behind the counter finished his personal conversation with his buddy. I asked for pricing on a trailer hitch for my SUV. He immediately said he didn't stock them and it would take a week to get one. I said I still wanted a price and when I told him the year of my truck he stated "I wont even have my guy touch that because its probably all rotted out". I corrected him that my truck has NO RUST and I didn't want them touching it, I just wanted a price! He quoted me $30 higher than any other company of which I could get it from faster so I moved onto the next part. Said I wanted aftermarket towing mirrors with built in power. He looks in his book and without showing me any pictures throws the book back under the deck and says "YUP $750!" I was floored and didn't even know what to say so he gives me a dirty look and says "why are you looking at me like that" you wanted the entire side mirrors and that's the price. I told him the factory GM OEM side mirrors don't cost that much and he said oh well and looked past me towards the next person in line to indicate he was done dealing with me. This is the second time I have tried to do business here and both times had the same outcome. I have no idea how they stay in business with their lack of service, selection and high prices!
Not even worth one star worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life bought a contractor cap from them a few years back needed new locks went in and told him what I had that I bought it there And was in need of new locks and basically got “we don’t sell ARE anymore we stop carrying them”. So I asked if since they’re all basically barrel locks and that it’s just hard to get a set of three keyed alike anywhere else if they had any locks that might fit it since most caps all use the same style , “go to Lewiston they sell ARE “ was his response I’ll never give them my business or send them any
Terrible workmanship!! 3 business trucks in a row they've done less than professional or competent work on. Would give 0 stars if could. Metal shards from drilling left all over rack, racks and tough box crooked and poorly installed. Will tell all my contractors and friends never to use them. Extremely disappointed after giving plenty of chances. I'll never do business there again to make a longer story short!!
Great accessories shop with lots of knowledge. Shop here and they can install whatever you buy. They have lots of samples on display so you are able to see the items up close, unlike the online stores. If you love your truck than you will love this place!
