The fish was greasy and over fried with absolutely no flavor!! The portion size was small but the price has gone up. I use to love coming to Atlanta to visit Yashin but I won’t be coming back to Ameen! Nothing good about my experience. Wish I could have left zero stars.
No longer named Yasins...WARNING! Prices quantity, and quality are not acceptable for me as $12.00 for 6 miniature wings taste like hot sauce1 piece of hard fried fish, fries, 1 hush puppy, I rate a two, as they were able to provide me with a meal and a smile. The food lack flavor.....Caution
When this place was called Yasin’s it was sooo good!! I’ve tried the new ownership/version several times simply because it’s in my neighborhood; tonight will the last night. I requested the fish to be friend crispy because I don’t like wet fish and guess what I got : wet fish. They used to offer a slice of bread with the dinner. No bread. No sweet tea, no chocolate cake. I’m going to stop expecting something and walk away from this place. Nothing poppin or special about this place anymore.
Great prices. Very good wings, fish was a bit dry, good rice and sweet peach drink. It took a while to get the food out and wish seats weren't fixed in the ground so that they could be reconfigured for larger groups more easily.
No wings! The grill was off, so I don't understand why they had us sit in the drive thru for about 30 minutes just tell you they are out of almost everything. But this is common behavior from businesses in this area, if you're reading this and you want good service and fresh food, stay out of the Westend.
Today was my first experience to try this franchise. I had the two piece tilapia with fries, coleslaw & hush puppies. Everything was enjoyable. Fish was fried just right & seasoned well. Hush puppies had a sweet/salty balance. It wasn't too greasy. The fries were good they're comparable to Checkers fries. All in all I enjoyed it. Looking forward to my next experience.
Took my daughter since she is in town because she eats fish and wanted some fish nuggets that reminded her of the place she went to when she was younger on memorial drive. She enjoyed it and said the food was fresh and hearty.Food: 5/5
I have been their twice now two different food orders. Both times food was delicious. Food cook 2 order.Outdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
Everything is cooked/ made to order. It's normally a line, but the food is pretty good. I had the salmon snack plate, added coleslaw, and a lemonade.
I went to Yasin's today just as they were opening. I ordered 2 pc Cod meal with fried okra and french fries. I was only able to eat the french fries, hushpuppies and okra. I asked that he Cod fish be fried extra crispy. The fish was over cooked tremendously. I was't even able to eat one piece. Horrible quality!
