I’m satisfied! I got cleaning and 2 fillings, everything went smooth. Also, she and her assistant has very nice and friendly personality. I will definitely come here again.
She's not a professional. Rude person. She made a terrible crown on my tooth. She didn't want to redo it. If you are looking at a this review, I advise you to find another specialist
Honestly, I’m very satisfied. I have warmed up to her style quite a bit and have seen she is a straightforward dentist and is to the point, and does the work you need with knowledge and no drama. Compared to other dentists I have seen, she really is one of the best ones in the area. I’ve been to other dentists that are treating their practice like a high volume factory, or dentists that look at an X Ray and say “too complicated” & send you away. Dr Levin is not like that. She is pretty cool actually. Pain free and quick, plus reliable appointments. She gives her full attention to you and isn’t trying to get you in and out. I appreciate her work and am glad I gave it a chance. Also the lady who books appts and answers the phone is very kind, nice, and efficient.
Excellent first visit for an overdue cleaning. The office is small, but the receptionist was smiling, very thorough, and set me up immediately. When the doctor came out, she greeted me and had already reviewed my paperwork. She confirmed all that I had written and asked additional questions. She was very polite and got to my xrays right away. She took time to answer my questions and then began the cleaning. Although cleaning is not a painless process, she was very very gentle. She worked with my sensitivity along the way and did a great job. I have to go back for a cavity but I have no fears! I am in good hands. Glad I found her and lucked out with the visit. It is hard to find dentists that you feel comfortable with, at least for me. I really do feel comfortable enough to say that I will remain with this office.
WORST DENTIST EVER, don't go there unless you want to damage your only sets of teeth for lifetime. Did a horrible job at cleaning my teeth causing it to be sensitive to the point I can't even eat food, also made my gums bleed.The crowns that she did was with cheap products.On top of that she has the nastiest personality, treats patients with no respect and if you tell her the problems she caused you , she will say its all normal and common even if she was the reason you ended up with infections and sensitivity.She ruins your teeth to make money. doesn't even have front desk, assistant or nurse.
If I can post no stars I would. The front desk person didn’t understand anything I asked of her, she couldn’t respond to me because she hardly spoke English and needed to call the person working from home to translate for her. After much confusion on their part, we begin to be somewhat assisted when the rudest dentist comes to the front. She begins to tell my son who’s 4, to stop scratching the wall, who was only running his fingers across the wall..... he doesn’t even have nails! So I told my son not to do it again since that was bothering the woman so much. She then repeated herself to my son with an attitude that she already asked him nicely so she won’t ask again. Excuse me?! Talk about poor customer service.
Dr. LEVIN needed a mouthpiece for me about a year ago which is fine. Recently I went for a check up and she told me I have a cavity and tooth cannot be saved. Cause it is the strongest tooth in my mouth I got a second opinion and was told it could be saved maybe with root canal . Second dentist told me I had an infection in the front tooth in the bone, which she did not tell me. Recommended me to a prosthodontist . I was then told I had a cavity in a back tooth on the top which is the only tooth left on that side and that it Had to be pulled and the pain was not from the tooth that she said couldn’t be saved, but from that back Tooth. I need to see an endodontist and periodontist and an oral surgeon. Had She told me this, I would not have paid $125 for a second opinion and gone straight to a prosthodontist. Well I called today to speak to her the girl who answered was so rude and so loud and said she’s not allowed to talk to patients over the phone. I always check reviews but this time I didn’t. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt perhaps the x-rays We’re not clear. I have nothing against her personally. She was very pleasant.
I come here every 6 months for my regular checkup. I come because she Dr Levin is the best.I come get my cleaning I leave happy.I had a chip tooth immediately she put a temporary then my crown .I am so grateful my experience here is one of the best.I recommended her to 2 more and they thank me.My partner recommend and never left.
Doesn't deserve a star,broke my tooth during cleaning ,would not bond my tooth upon request,which I was willing to pay for. Instead she quickly filled it with temporary filling. Stay away she only seeks to make money and does not care about the patient. Learned my lesson convenience does not help my smile.
Worst dentist I’ve ever been to. I had a crown put in by her and it was fitted wrong. I complained that I would constantly have food particles stuck in it, she told me to just floss it out. Now I need to replace my crown. She also does a horrible job at cleaning my teeth and had scratched my gums til they bled.
