Very bad service! I took a taxi from the Milwaukee airport for a distance of 7 min W Layton Ave . The driver turned off the meter counter and charged me 38$.
I was picked up at La Quinta Inn at 5110 N Port Washington Rd Milwaukee at 9:20 a.m. after waiting for 35 minutes. The cab driver, an Asian American male, said to me, "It's good to see a white person. They have cleaned up their clientele." This was Cab # 216, License # 211 or 311. I tried to call the phone numbers listed for complaints but none worked. There is no excuse for racism.
Very early today, Friday, August 5th, I got a cab from the airport to downtown where I live. It is usually $25.00 or less with tip. As we are leaving the airport, I noticed the driver has not turned on the meter. He "highjacks" us and said it would be $40.00. He calls the dispatcher. His own dispatcher says $30-$35.00. The driver then says $5.00 for the airport. I finally agree to pay him it is 2:00 AM. He driver unsafely all the way to my home. Once home, I immediately call the dispatcher and they hang up on me twice. THE CAB NUMBER IS #372...PLEASE BEWARE. He only works nights
Call to register a cab a voicemail told me I did not qualify. After about 15 to 20 minutes of trying again I got a real person who was very rude and hung up on me.
Sunny was the first cab in line at the airport #87 and we are so glad! We was easy to talk to, shared some tips about traffic and safety, and gave us his card because we asked to help us arrange travel the next day. He went above and beyond to get Leo to take care of us and coming himself as well. Wonderful service!
I had a dental appointment and had to use a different cab service instead and was almost late for my deep cleaning and to get a broken tooth looked at. These people are super rude, said that the cab was going to be coming at a certain time...well he wasn't here at that time and then said 10 minutes and then the lady had the guy on the phone and you can hear him telling her to hang up and then said he couldn't come after him clearly saying he'll be here in 10 minutes and she just hung up...Just a waste of time, been using them for a long time more than 5 years, well not anymore. I will be using the cab service that dont play games and got me to my appointment when they was too busy playing around and wasting my time.
I didn't appreciate getting cutoff as the cab sped up when I was merging onto the freeway. I was ahead and you should have slowed down not sped up to be right next to me. Yes I do have the cab # if the company cares to know.
Guy picked me up in a rundown dented van that he had to keep trying to shift as he was driving. I was staying close to the airport and he told me "15 minimum to the airport" there are stickers all over the car saying $18.00 from airport, nothing saying $15.00 to the airport. Which is fine if thats the case. Overall I see why people use rideshare. Driver was scary, beat up dirty cab that barely ran. Will not use again. Call lyft or Uber.
Couldn’t get an Uber because my card was messed up. Spent 14 minutes on hold at 4 am while they said it would be 1 minute for a dispatcher. Finally somebody answered me and said it would be 15 minutes for the taxi. I am not tipping smh.Service: Limousines
Took my vehicle in for service and another customer and I agreed to share a cab home since we were both going the same way. Waited on hold for 30 minutes while the recording kept saying the wait to speak to a "dispatcher" was 5 minutes. Eventually got through and made out request. An hour later, and no cab yet, I called back and waited on hold for almost 45 minutes until a human picked up. The "dispatcher" told me that none of the drivers had "taken" the fare yet. The other customer's inspection was done by that time and, after he set up an appointment to get the work that was needed for his vehicle, we both left the shop in his truck. I saw one Yellow Cab the whole time, and it drove right past our location. Never calling these guys again.
