Yellow Cab

I know many people apparently have had bad experiences, but the last three times we used St. Paul Yellow Cab have been great. We were able to call ahead of time and reserve a cab for a ride to the airport, the drivers have been very friendly, and it's definitely cheaper than going with Uber.

It's a great cab company but some of the cab dispatchers are just the rudest. Couple times I called , it sounds like I woke the guy up or he was drunk Or the phone just keeps on ringing and no one picks up

I called for a ride 2 hours before my appointment, the dispatch called back and let me know my taxi would arrive in about 7 minutes. After 10 minutes I called to check they were still coming and dispatch said yes the driver "would be pulling up any minute now". After 20 minutes I tried calling back to check again and they had completely stopped answering my calls. I missed my appointment thanks to them. Sidenote: I grew up using Yellow Cab in St. Paul, and preferred to use local taxi service over the newer app rides, but they haven't been reliable for years now.

My phone died, so I called for a cab from a stranger's phone. You are the rudest people in the world. Seriously. The way you treated me, when I was in desperate need of a ride was inhumane. I will find your office and express my concerns in person, as well.

I like to support taxis over gig economy services. However, this company is to be avoided. I called for an airport taxi, and the dispatcher said it was on its way--but no taxi arrived, and the company could not provide another driver. Left me in a real bind. Do not recommend.

Not good company, didn't even wanna talk to me longer than a minute to set up a job interview or application due to my age23. That's called Age Discrimination, & is against the law Under the ADEA, it is unlawful to discriminate against a person because of his or her age with respect to any term, condition, or privilege of employment -- including, but not limited to, hiring, firing, promoting, layoff, compensation, benefits, job assignments, and training. Total violation & the call was recorded, definitely gonna be looking into this legally, the fact Mike was rushing to get off the phone and don't want to speak any further when I have 6+ years in route driving & have a great knowledge on the twin cities geographical layout

This company, Yellow Taxi, they have abandoned their passengers more than once, their meters are " HOT " and skims you for extra $$ , and their Dispatcher has a potty mouth! They also refused calls to many multiple times. They've blamed Covid for their behavior- call another company NOT YELLOW BACK CAB SERVICES!

Driver of cab number 95 was three hours late to take my patient causing them to lose a bed and then upon arrival kicked my patient in the leg to wake them up, and started yelling at the patient. Dispatcher was contacted and was belligerently drunk on phone and said to call Uber, our hospital is contracted with them. This is unacceptable, my patients do not deserve this!!

I can see why this cab company only has a 2 star review. I orderd a ride to go to the MSP Airport and the cab never showed up. I called and they said they had to send the driver somewhere else. I asked if they could send another cab and driver. I couldn't believe their response. The guy said, "Sorry buddy, can't help you!" At that point I had to hurry to the airport with my own car and leave it in the main parking ramp which cost me far greater than the cab ride would have. I suggest you consider using another service.

Awful ordeal.waited hr and half lunds diwn town dispatch was giving me the game when I called to check status. Finally arrived. Driver was decent. I did tip him off the book cash.
