The lovely nail techs are so kind and friendly. They seem like they actually enjoy having conversations, and are talented as well. There are tons of colors to choose from and everything is natural, so it smells good, and not like overly synthetic chemicals i am aware that everything is made of chemicals, the smell of the salon is better than other salons. They made it easy to get my gel removed too once it had grown out. The atmosphere is welcoming and calming.

I have been coming here for over a year now. Crystal is my go to but everyone is so sweet and professional. I work in the industry hair and I have to say even though prices are a little higher here these sweet professionals still aren’t making what they are worth. I would pay more for the time they take, the great job they do, clean and professional atmosphere, and above average products. I always tip over 20% because for an hour of being pampered is worth more. Special shout out to Athena and Renee for making my nails look amazing this last visit. I’ll be back soon!

Oof. My experience as an African. I enter the boutique, the stares ripped clear through me. A customer mistook me for an employee. My nail tech Athena was late then rushed me through my services pedicure/manicure. Added procedures knowing there was no space to fit them in Asked me for gell paint X3. I Declined once then ignored repetitive upsell. Service chairs are small and hard. Massage and Scalp Hot Oil by Sara very oily. All my services seem very basic technique/knowledge/care/respect and for me not worth the high prices. Lounge couches big and comfortable and tea/coffee available.

My husband and I got pedicures together and got a flat tire on the way. We were over 20min late and instead of making us cancel, both Crystal and Tiffany still worked with us to get thorough pedicures done in a reduced appointment time, and they did so without it feeling rushed at all. Fantastic service! I will definitely be back!

I would like to get the cons out of the way: Personally, I get the impression that this place is a bit more pricier because they mainly use their own products. While my nails looked beautiful after my appointment, my manicure didn't last very long but I think it's because I got the classic manicure rather than the more expensive choice. I got the more expensive choice for the pedicure and that lasted a long time. However, the prices are worth it because of the experience. It's so lovely inside and doesn't have that "nail salon" culture that I absolutely dread. It's very welcoming and I love how they take a more natural route with their practices.Services: Manicure
