Selling or buying a home is a complex and stressful process, especially for first-timers. Our friends recommended Levin Law Group. We filled out questionnaires on their webpage, and paid half of the required amount. Payment confirmation came immediately and we received an email asking us to send the necessary papers, which we did again via email. A few days later, a telephone conversation took place with lawyer Kate Ulitskaya, Esq. She explained the whole process in easy to understand language. Every time I sent an email with our comments or documents, Kate Ulitskaya immediately sent a confirmation email. It helped so much in the process. In general, the whole process was very easy and without complications. I recommend that anyone who needs a lawyer when buying or selling a house contact Levin Law Group.

Probably the worst law office and lawyer .... Unprofessional. Unresponsive. He never shows up. Highly recommend you to stay away. And all his yelp and AVVO reviews get filtered for some reason unknown. PS: not a competitive lawyer lol, really He did not show up to meeting!

I had worked with the Brooklyn office but did meet the attorney in this office. Basically my sister had passed and she named my other sister as executor of her will and me as successor executor. The executor did not want to sell the house because she was living there. I hired Levin law to remove my sister as executor and appoint me as new executor. That was done. Then the house was sold. Levin Law represented me on the sale. I am very happy and would definitely recommend their services.
