I have seen Ping many times over the years for a variety of ailments/conditions. Her needle treatments are efficient and painless. She always listens to me so that I am clearly a partner in my treatment. I love the fact that she prescribes herbs that can be in pill form or mixed up there in her pharmacy. She listens to me and I never feel pressured to take any recommended treatments; the herbs have been 100% effective for me. I had acupuncture done for some back pain I was experiencing at Yi Lin Medical Center. It was amazing how well it worked! This place is amazing and I highly recommend it to EVERYONE. I am so glad I went there; they are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and comforting. I really can't recommend them enough.

I know many have found healing at this clinic, but my experience was a nightmare. The doctor did not listen to anything I had to say, was obviously unfamiliar with my health condition and scolded me for only coming once a week and not buying herbs at every visit. The acupuncture itself was unusual in that it was VERY painful and I bled quite a bit. I've had a lot of acupuncture from several doctors and this was definitely new to me. If I thought it was helping, I would have tried to endure it, but the pain was intense enough that I found myself crying on the table instead of sleeping as I usually do when receiving treatment. One of my conditions is celiac disease can't have gluten which the doctor said she knew all about. She sold me a bottle of capsules and I started taking the 12/day prescribed, but was getting increasingly sick. Since the label was in another language I had to call the manufacturer to find out what was in it. They said it contained gluten. When I told the Dr. she said to just take half as many taking even one is dangerous for someone with celiac. This told me she had NO IDEA what she was talking about. Then when I checked out, there was another bottle of the same herb which she tried to convince me was something different, even though it was obviously the same exact thing. Every visit began with a hurried greeting, no discussion as to how I was feeling, and ended with a pile of expensive herbs and salves to buy. I hate to post a negative review, but I honestly feel that the care I received here endangered my health rather than improved it.
