My family has been coming to Dr. Chen's office before I was born. As a result, I have been coming here since I was a kid. I love how the staff is friendly and professional. They have been doing a great job with all of my cleanings and numerous fillings and will help you with whatever you need. The office is always clean and welcomes everyone. It's a great place to get your dental work done.
I have had an excellent experience with this dental practice. I had deferred dental care; and this office took care of me. I had some descaling and X-rays and will be back for some more work. Every person I have encountered is caring and patient. The dentist takes the time to understand your needs and work within your budget. I am so glad I found this practice and will continue my dental care here.
I have very bad anxiety & the entire staff made the procedure painless and stress free. I came in to extract all 4 of my wisdom teeth & during the process, one of the nurses even held my hand to help me feel less nervous. I would definitely recommend! They work with you every step of the way, including the fact that I have no insurance. I will be sticking with this location for future procedures.
Vey accommodating and friendly staff. The front desk is very clear on appointment needs and the dentist provide good care. I got my wisdom pulled today and is pain free. Love the office and the staff. Highly recommend them!!!
I love Dr. Cheng and her entire staff. Unfortunately, I have had horrible experiences in the past, so I am very selective when choosing a dentist. I have been a patient here since 2019, and I have no complaints. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, transparent, efficient, and accommodating. Furthermore, all of my dental procedures have been seamless. I highly recommend this dental office!
I’ve been going here ever since I could ever remember, and every single time my experience was nonetheless fabulous. The staff is extremely personable, professional, and they make the overall experience amazing. Anyone who tells me they’re afraid of the dentist must’ve never been to a great one, because I’m always eager for my biannual cleanings with Dr. Cheng and her staff! If I could I’d give them 10 stars!
The best team of dentist and dental hygienist! I started coming here over a decade ago when my parents would take me as a child. I have grown up in these chairs and so has all of my other siblings. All of the people here are amazing and although I have moved states I still come back to Dr. Cheng’s office. I would not recommend another dental office!
I've been coming here for a long time. I think since I was in middle school? Honestly, the people here are amazing and are like family to me. They're always so kind, and I always feel like they do their best to look out for my teeth more than I do!!! Thanks to them, I really haven't had any dental horror stories. On the plus side, Dr. Cheng is always so sweet. I highly recommend this place as my experiences here are always so positive.
I recently started going here after a recommendation from a friend. Everyone here is super friendly and super sweet. Great experience! The ability to review and sign the forms via beforehand to avoid a long waiting room time was a big plus. I have several dental decays and the procedure went well! Highly recommend!
Have been with them for almost a year and for my wisdom teeth extraction and my Invisalign, and this is a really great place for dental care! Staff are nice and doctors’ skill are remarkable. Some staff are bilingual and will explain the condition patiently. Would continue with the journey with them!
