Yinova Brooklyn Heights

I highly highly recommend Yinova and Katy Hogan for all your Acupuncture needs. She specializes in reproductive health and is skilled at using treatments to balance your body and manage discomfort or pain. I saw Katy regularly throughout my high-risk pregnancy, and I know it helped me successfully and safely get to full-term and manage a myriad of symptoms. I always felt better after an appointment. I also recommend her for any other female issues and overall pain management. As someone who hates needles, I felt Katy was patient and worked with me based on my comfort level. She keeps careful track of your progress each visit and cares about your well being. The office environments in Flatiron and Brooklyn are also beautiful and the rooms clean and relaxing.

I would highly recommend the Yinova Center in Brooklyn. Having battled with a sports injury for years undergoing multiple medical treatments and surgeries I have found tangible relief in my symptoms from acupuncture and the amazing and knowledgeable team at Yinova. Previously a skeptic about eastern medicines and therapies, I have been happily proven wrong and have found my treatment sessions to be extremely helpful. In my very first session I was able to relax my body for what seems to be the first time in my whole life! Anyone who has anxiety or is suffering from a repetitive injury that is impacting their quality of life should try a session for themselves. A special shout out to Thea who is amazing!

I was lucky enough to work with Katy Hogan at Yinova and she’s honestly one of the best acupuncturists I’ve ever worked with. The practice is great overall but I particularly love working with Katy. She’s basically my fertility doula and has guided me through a very difficult time during the pandemic. I really can’t recommend her enough. She now practices at the location in BK. Brooklyn is so lucky to have her.

Yinova is well worth it. I've been going on and off for 4+ years and Yinova esp. Katy Hogan has helped with a wide range of needs. Katy is knowledgeable, kind, funny, and really dedicated to her clients. Plus, the facility is gorgeous and extremely comfortable.

I strongly recommend Thea. She is intuitive, intelligent, empathetic, and has a true calling for this work. She cares deeply about her clients, is present, and full of useful knowledge. While I know there is science behind acupuncture and have experienced the benefits firsthand, Thea amplifies the effectiveness of treatments by adding a touch of her personal magic: humor, quirkiness, compassion, and a very warm touch.

The team at Yinova Brooklyn Heights has been so wonderful in helping me with what started as a fertility journey. In addition to fertility struggles, I recently suffered from chronic back pain off and on for months. My acupuncturist guided me with supplements to take, home exercises, herbs, etc. She goes above and beyond the one hour in-person treatment and I am so grateful.

I worked with Mary & Thea during the last 2 trimesters of my pregnancy. They were both wonderful & had slightly different styles that served as compliments to each other. My last few sessions were with Thea & went above & beyond during each of our acupuncture sessions. She served as a great source of support & left me feeling renewed & reenergized after each session. I also went in for a prenatal massage with David which was fantastic. Highly recommend!!

Yinova has changed my life. Throughout my time at Yinova, the practitioners have been there to support me, physically and emotionally, every step of the way. It's refreshing how knowledgeable the practitioners are and I know I am always in good hands. Every time I walk out of the center I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
