Yogi Castle

I love the green bubble tea + I’m a sucker for family owned businesses. The husband + wife team running the shop have been kind + polite each time I’m here. For others that had a different experience in the past - I think they learned from that feedback, hasn’t been my experience.

It's been a few months since I went in, but it left quite a negative impression on me. The walls have several signs telling you all of the things you are not allowed to do. While filling my cup, the owner silently came up and grabbed my spoon out of my hand and used it to remove a single small drip from the edge of it. Later, the owner sent an employee over to reprimand some other customers who were quietly eating at a table. I'm not sure I've ever seen a business have such contempt for its own paying customers. Given that there is a rather similar yogurt shop in the adjacent shopping center with far friendlier staff, I can't imagine anyone would return here for a 2nd visit.

DON’T COME HERE!!!! The owner is the WORST. Came here with my family (wife, 3 year old child, parents, and grandmother), and the owner was completely rude to us... Got upset because we didn’t make a line...dude...we were the only ones in the store!!! When my mother asked him why he was sooo upset, he responded “I don’t want customers like you” ???? Bitter old hateful man... wow

Bad service ever. Both the owner and his wife make our eating experience become a nightmare.

The owners are horribly rude. The prices are outrageous as well. Most expensive froyo place i've ever been to.
