I just want to give huge recognition to Allison at the Hoover location. My mom has ALS and has problems swallowing. Allison was very helpful with answering my questions regarding their product, and was very friendly. She was working very hard cleaning the store while we were there. Keep up the great work Allison!
A great place to try many different frozen yogurt flavors. There are a good selection of toppings to choose from. Depending on how much your yogurt weights, it can be a little pricey. I recommend this establishment for good quality frozen yogurt.
The customer service could be better at this location or maybe they were just having a bad day. My only reason for giving 3 stars but Yogurt Mountain always has spectacular flavors! And it’s the perfect place to go around the summer time. My friends and I always enjoy!
Good stuff. Yogurt was very good. I would regulate how many samples are allowed. We sat and watched an individual get 11 samples, make a mess, then leave without buying anything.

Great flavors and options, not always the greatest customer service. It’s a slow business, so I’m sure the days may get boring and mundane working here. Never had a bad experience, but never had an amazing one either.
