Great staff, every one of them was incredibly sweet. Ordered the Korean fried chicken plate and do not be deceived as this is an incredibly enormous plate and is honestly best to share! All of the meals came in hearty proportions and it’s a great family style meal. I personally felt like the chicken was over coated with the flour mixture. I love crispy chicken wings but it felt like I was chewing through all the crunchy bits of flour and not the crispy chicken skin itself. Furthermore, i was a bit disappointed that the crab cheese wonton had absolutely no form of crab or imitation crab — just cream cheese fried in a wonton wrapper. I did try my friend’s Jajangmyeon and it was great! Would like to come back and try other menu options.
I loved this place so much food is so great! Definitely going back.Food: 5/5
New owner or something? Food was horrible. Jjajangmyun sauce was too thick and salty. Almost zero sauce on the fried pork. Pork must be old. It was super chewy. Only came here because p&y was closed.
I would highly recommend this place for everyone! The Chicken katsu, Korean spicy fried chicken, Jjambong, and every dish tastes super delicious! The environment is comfortable to sit and to have drinks with your friends. They have various types of drinks flavored sojus, korean beers, & domestic beers. If you are looking for a place to have a good time with your family, friends, or just by yourself, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!
Yong Gung is my go to place for Ja Jang Myeon, the consistency of the black bean sauce to noodles is ideal as well as the portions are good. Service here is always kind and helpful when it comes to recommendation. I highly recommend this place.
We ordered sweet and sour pork, jajang myeon, dokbokki, spicy fried chicken, egg rolls, and gul mandu. Everything was delicious!
Jajangmyung tastes just like what you would expect at a Chinese-Korean restaurant. For lunch special they have the normal one boiled sauce for $8 and one with the stir-fried sauce for $12. I've tried both and they were both great. I would recommend it, if you're looking for a good jajangmyun.
Very tasty seafood noodles soup spicy or not spicy! Great portion! Got to try their fried dumplings too!Yummy!
Food is terrible. We ordered Kanoung shrimp and Sam sun jang, jajangmyun. I bet they used fried shrimp old one. It was not fresh at all. Dough used to fry is too old, very hard to chew. Samsun Jang noodle are not cooked properly and all noodle stick together and broke in piece. There was no sea food, except couple of squid. I don,t usually write the review, but I felt I need to. Otherwise this restaurant owner will do the other people.
Ervery so often i come to this are on business and stop here for this dish that is well known to most of Korean people, it called Jjam Bong. it is a spicy noodles soup that is mixed with vegetables, chicken and sea foods ingredients. i am always surprised how good it it considering how remote this place is from a major Korean community.
