If I could give 0 stars I would. The building is infested with mice and they never clean up/ vacuum the hallways. The management is INCREDIBLY RUDE and a bunch of scammers. They'll make your life a living hell. The only plus is the location and the doormen are all amazing
Yorkshire used to be a good deal in terms of value for square footage before the sale of the building to UES Mgmt. The office staff are a complete mess. They are rude, unresponsive and careless. Moving anything in or out of the building is a tremendously bureaucratic and frustrating process. Not worth renting here.
