Amazing care, coordinated throughout the clinic! Love everyone there. Came in skeptical about starting a treatment plan, and felt so much relief in my lower back after just 3 treatments. They also accept most insurance I was super surprised to have massage as part of my treatment plan covered by insurance!!

I have received outstanding care at You. Center. It is comprehensive. You can go there and work with physical therapy, chiro, and acupuncture as needed all in the same location. Good location in Northeast Portland. And they take insurance plans check with your provider. Extra care is taken here at Covid time.

I love coming to You and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Shawn Cooney, my physical therapist. His knowledge and kindness are wonderful and he has added years onto my career in a physically demanding job. Would absolutely recommend!

This is a really great place and I highly recommend it. They are very hands on and extremely knowledgeable. From the doctors to the front desk everyone is really welcoming and helpful. If you need any sort of wellness care this is the place, and you will not be disappointed.
