You Move Me - Kansas City

We are happy, happy, happy! Cole, Nate, Quinton Q, Will, Garrett & Kye from You Move Me were g”professionals on our big move. They brought two trucks, six guys, and a can-do attitude. Everyone worked hard and was considerate of our furniture, boxes with fragile items, and all the miscellaneous items from a large move. Floors, railings, doors, and trim were all covered to prevent dings. They disassembled & reassembled beds, hutches and mirrors. They made our move a most pleasant experience. Thank you for an awesome day with cheerful, hard-working guys!

Jordan G tyreek and Daniella were extremely careful and professional. They did a great job communicating throughout the move and loaded our pod while being friendly. Best move ever. See pics! The July 8 crew was horrible see pics and management did not follow up as promised! First let me say I'm so disappointed! The first crew was fantastic! The second crew was horrible. My mom and I have been preparing to move across country and looked for someone to help us pack our two pods and then a uhaul. The first crew that came out absolutely fantastic. So I said to mom let's use them again. She wanted to find someone else. I convinced her to let's just use this company. That was a horrible mistake! I had to call my brother and two cousins to come help me repack and rearrange a horrible job! I contacted the company and no one has contacted me except a assistant gm. Who could not make a decision. We paid over $600.00 for a horrible job. I recommend if you use this co. You watch everything they do. I'm thoroughly disappointed with the service. And lack of follow up! See pics!

This is the WORSE possible experience my parents could have ever expected. First of all we STILL haven’t found parts to furniture and my parents have had to come out of their pockets AGAIN to replace lost pieces. The crew that did this was HORRIBLE not every move is the ideal move BUT to leave two elderly people with this mess and to destroy a brand new floor and break furniture is UNACCEPTABLE by any means. When I did reach out I got NO FOLLOW UP or did anyone from this company come to inspect what the crew had done. My parents ended up paying over $1300.00 to move with also paying the extra for extra hours. I would suggest if your elderly to have someone watching the crew that moves you. Please be aware of what they are doing in your home.

Christian, Parker, Cecil, and Emmanuel were wonderful to work with. Not only were they very careful moving our furniture they were a lot of fun. Will be recommending to all family/friends!
