If there were 100 stars I would give them. U Can was extremely helpful in locating the products I needed. They even went to their warehouse to retrieve them and delivered them when I was overwhelmed with errands. What a God-send. Please don’t use Amazon, this locally-owned store was able to install what we purchased and wouldn’t accept additional payment for helping. So helpful.

Excellent place and people!!! They quoted a price over the phone. Upon paying in person, the item rang up $600 more, but they honored the amount they had verbally quoted. Very very nice people, helpful, knowledgeable of their products, and full of integrity! The owner said, “It feels good when we know we have helped someone”. They sure helped my dad!

I rented equipment from this place, for 1 month. Paid the monthly fee. I returned the item 2 weeks early, with no prorating of the fee. They tried to tell me since I had it for 2 weeks 3 days, the weekly fee covered the in cost. I díd NOT rent weekly, I rented for the whole month. I paid for 2 weeks that I did not have the machine. Very rude about the transaction. If I rented a car for a month, took it back early, I would only be charged for the time of actual use. I feel this is not right, not business smart, because I will not use this place again or will I recommend them to anyone. Poor way to do business.
