I was very disappointed by this gym. I tried the 3 day free pass to get a feel for the workout environment, and I am glad that I did because there is no way that I will join. When I arrived for the first time I wasn’t greeted, I wasn’t given a tour, so all of my experience was just on the main workout floor. I noticed that they had at least 16 security cameras watching all angles of the open-concept gym. For me that number tips the scale from being cautiously safe to requiring supervision…it heightened my awareness of those around me. I also noticed that people who were clearly regulars did not use the locker rooms to hold their jackets and keys, everyone was carrying all of their stuff from machine to machine, even in the weight area. This was the second red flag that lockers and locker rooms might not be safe. Overall this gym is no better in terms of equipment and layout than Planet Fitness, and it definitely has some safety concerns and a lack of positive employee environment.

Very peaceful place to work out. aThe problem is. The opening times are VERY inconsistent they should open at 5 am there are times when the place opens at 6 or 7. Front desk is very inconsistent. Unfortunately it starts your day off HORRIBLY. It is after 5am and they are not open but the cars are in the parking lot just crazy.

Great gym. Nice clean locker rooms, shower stalls with doors!!!! Whaaaat. Well maintained equipment and even an indoor "track and field" spot. Too bad I discovered it just as it's about to close. Too bad

This gym is the worst. Took my money TWICE after I froze and cancelled my membership. They have refused to refund and no one is doing anything about it. Bunch of thieves.

This gym is really well worth being a member. The staff is pleasant, the locker room are always clean, the equipment great, the environment feels safe, and the class that's offered with the membership can't be out match. Youfit Loch Raven is definitely a gym for all fitness level. Everyone is Friendly!!!

Never exercising here but I did went inside and talk to the people inside the staff was very nice and friendly and give me the information that I wanted.

Sasha and the new staff here are great and excel at quality customer service. We can definitely see the improvements being made here!

So I joined and liked it especially Mrs Ernestine's Cas but now I'm very disappointed that they are closing this facility at this location Epecially since they just took a $50 fee recently.

I signed up since it stated they had cycling classes but was advised after that they were looking for an instructor, which they have yet to "find". The classes are for beginners and did nothing for me. So I decided to stick with my Orange Theory membership. I have been to the gym once and that was for the free trial, and yet I was charged for 2 months. I let the first month go since it was my fault I didn't cancel in time but the second month I canceled 15 days before I was supposed to be charged which the cancellation slip gives a grace period of 10 days. Yet I was still charged. I have never heard of a gym membership needing 30 whole days notice before cancelation. Whoever the manager here is an all-out unprofessional joke. I wouldn't have written them off and may have given this gym another shot down the line but with how they handled my cancellation this gym can kick rocks.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Just an absolute horror show of terrible customer service. I went to clear up my account and get everything back in order to start working out again, and i was belittled by a high school aged child who clearly had no interpersonal skills and did not need to be at the front desk. I asked to speak to a manager due to a small miscommunication between us, and she told me TO GO HOME and then threatened to call the cops on me! I have had an account with YouFit for almost a year and a half and I have never been so demeaned and embarrassed in my life. I will never again go to another YouFit Club and I HIGHLY recommend you find another Gym to go to.
