if possible I would rather post 0 start, I dropped off my clothes and said I just need the regular clean, and then when I pick up they charge me 140$ for 16 clothes dry clean. I was like what, I said it's regular clean. But the women who wears the blue shirt is so rude to me, she just yelling to me and said "we are not gonna do anything for you because the clothes already done, you rather pay for it or you won't get your clothes back." I mean they made a mistake but not me, why are they so rude to me and why do I to pay for the dry clean fee that I not supposed to pay? Because I was asking a regular clean service! Not the dry clean! You rude blue shirt women. Right now they just keep my clothes because I just want to pay the regular clean fee but not the dry clean fee! Don't never ever come to this cleaning store! If they make a mistake, they won't admit that! firstly, the blue shirt women just rude to me first, I am not gonna be polite to the people who rude me. That's why I didn't mention the white shirt girl rude to me, because she's respect to me and me and her was trying to solve the problem, even she made a mistake. But not the blue shirt women: Second, the first time I went there, one of the employees said that the regular wash is not the dry wash. That's why I said that this time. Also, I am the person just trying to wash my clothes , I am not there to make a trouble. I believe if someone not that rude to me, we will get a better solution. But that women just so rude since I steped inside the store:
Truly horrible experience. A silk robe I brought in for cleaning was damaged irreparably; however Young's didn't even point this out upon pickup. They hung the robe, put it into plastic, and actually charged for the cleaning. When my husband pointed out the damage, they first did not have the manager call us as promised, then finally got the manager on the phone and not only did he refuse to refund the cleaning fee, but he let us know that irreparable damage to clothes at Young's happens quite often. And that they will indeed charge you $45 to destroy your clothes because frankly, they do not care. Following my review on Yelp, Young's responded, again somehow blaming my lack of knowledge of how clothes get damaged in dry cleaning and again foregoing the opportunity to apologize. Here, on Google, they claim that the issue is a fabrication, which again is a terrible way to respond to a customer. We were refused a refund for the dry cleaning twice now, and we were only explained the risk of damage after the cleaning, not beforehand. There is no chance I would have taken the risk had I been informed, but they never gave me the opportunity in the first place. The worst aspect has been their response - defensive, rude, and dishonest, in that they handed the item off without pointing out the damage, and had us pay for it before we saw the damage. Not a single apology, even online in a public forum, where future customers can see that they are unwilling to accept responsibility and respond apologetically. Wouldn't apologizing and refunding the cleaning fee really be the appropriate response? Everyone can now see for themselves how Young's will respond should they irreparably destroy your clothing, straight from management's mouth, on Google and Yelp. Don't take my word for it, take Young's.
This delivery service is fantastic. They always pick-up and arrive on time. And the best part is the customer service shout out to Jennifer. After my dog chewed up the dry cleaning bag, Young's said they would give me a new one at no charge.
Absolutely the best I travel from the westbank to the eastbank to drop off my laundry and I have been doing this for a few years now Young's handle my laundry with care and elligance.
Worst dry cleaning experience of my life! They did a horrible job at not cleaning my clothes and left deodorant and food stains on my dress and other food on dress shirts, and they made me pay for this and I had to take my clothes somewhere else to get cleaned after this awful experience. The worst part was that I was accosted in the store while my infant was with me and was never even offered an apology or given a refund. I did speak to someone in management who finally apologized and said he would issue me a refund, but I never received it. Never going there again. Beware of this business and good luck!
Several employees at my job use Young's personal pick-up & delivery service. Darrin & Andrew are 2 of the nicest people we have ever met! They are so nice, courteous, happy & generally a delightful presence to have in the office! The service is amazing & quick, saving us all a lot of time & hassle! Thank you for being such an awesome team!!
My entire experience with them was painful. My shirts were a day late. One of my shirts was returned with a large stain that wasn't there when I brought it in to be pressed. They are the most expensive dry cleaner I've used when I wasn't staying in a hotel outta town. They have a sign saying the fifth shirt is free, but since once of my shirts was laundered the discount didn't apply. Also counter service was painfully slow. Save yourself the time and headache.
Poor first experience with this business. First tried through locker service at apartment on Friday before sunrise, they never picked it up even after receiving an email saying they’d pick it up on Monday. I made the mistake of taking it to one of their locations on Tuesday and as promised it was back on Wednesday looking like this….worse than when it was dropped off. Would NOT recommend.
Reasonable prices. Friendly service. Did not even attempt to get the stain out that I pointed out upon delivery, but elderly lady was willing to try again without charge.
