They are regularly not available during their posted business hours. Very hard to ensure someone will be there when you arrive. Even worse if you are on a schedule and need to drop clothes off.
Awful service, had to walk out. Owner was impatient, dismissive & rude to multiple customers. Wasted 45 minutes to drop off alteration that ultimately never happened - would NOT recommend.
They misplaced cleaning during my last 4 visits - shirts have not come out clean recently.
