Ben and his team from Your Floor did a fantastic job! We initially had some challenges with our beechwood flooring and Ben went above and beyond to ensure our total satisfaction. He was patient with us to ensure we got it just right! He was transparent, timely and helpful. The team was professional, polite and took appropriate precautions and care of our condo, cleaning up at the end of each day. Thank you Ben, Jose and Aspen. We have used Ben and his team at Your Floor three times now for three different projects from refinishing existing red oak and installing new, installing new hickory flooring in two rooms with existing carpet, and most recently replacing our carpeted staircase with new red oak, wrought iron balusters, and refinishing the railings. Every experience has been positive and Ben, Julio, and Alfredo were all accomodating and easy to work with! We would highly recommend them and most likely will be using them again! We love our new floors and staircase!

Your Floor did a great job putting in and finishing unfinished reclaimed hickory we bought. They pulled up our old glued down bamboo with minimal damage to the subfloor. The care and attention to detail was terrific and a few spots creativity was needed to blend some wood imperfections to make them look like knots. We also had some challenging spots where care needed to be taking in removal, and they did well. Against a cinderblock wall, the spacing was so good and even we did not have to add moulding to cover imperfections. They did 2 levels and worked efficiently with very minimal mess and dust, despite the full sanding the floors needed. The dustless sander they used was about 95% dustless... as promised.
