Since it is frequently thought that the consumer has paid the caretaker, this will be quite helpful. -All payments that is owed to you for your c from a pet sitting assignment is to be paid to you directly by the client. This can be done in any way and at any time that you both decide on. No extra charges deducted by the site as it's done for other sites for pet sitting. -If Google application is developed for this sit would be great, have to check emails regularly which is bit difficult to manage. -Overall it's good sit to find a pet sitter and become a pet sitter basically for a start up.

Helpful customer service both when I joined and also when I left. Great range of sitters with comprehensive profiles and costs upfront. Will no doubt use the site again.

DO NOT USE complete scam. You pay a one off payment so I thought then the payment comes out every 3 months due to an automatic renewal that I didn't sign up to. AVOID AVOID AVOID

!!!DO NOT USE!!!! I unregistered after I no longer needed their service but they continued taking my fees. When I questioned this, they referred to the fact that as well as stoping my subscription which I did, I also needed to turn off the automatic renewal function - a step that is not indicated in the cancellation process but one that they were keen to point out was in the Ts&Cs. They refused to refund me despite several emails back and forth and I see now that I am not the only one that has had issues with this. Surely all these reviews should make them rethink their cancellation process? Instead they continue taking people's money. I have now been in touch with my bank as I am concerned they will keep debiting me. There are plenty of other very good pet sitters out there, please do not use!!

Doesn't indicate if petsitter takes multiple dogs at once. I then get mailed asking me to review Holidog but then doesnt give you the link to enable you to do it! Could be better.

Holidog offers the platform to meet pet-sitters near you and don't offer anything else. I am an occasional pet-sitter and on their website they say they check every pet-sitter, no one has ever checked me. Also, they sort of leave the pet insurance obligation a suggestion so as a pet-sitter you can be in great trouble if the pet needs a vet and the owner has no insurance you cannot guarantee they will pay you back, there is no written agreement or anything. If the owner is great, and the pet-sitter is genuine then this works well, but any issues and it can be very unpleasant for both sides.

Awful money making scheme! Used the company once a year ago and had no service or contact since. They have taken another £120 for repeat subscription …beware I would highly recommend you do not use this company!!

Awful service. Paid £57 to access information of dog sitter. The one and only available after several searches. Holidog then took another £57 due to auto renewal which does not show up on their dreadful account settings. BEWARE .

Customer service is brilliant. Very friendly and helpful.

Holidog would highly recommend. I have been with them for some years now and received great service meeting many pet owners.
