We really enjoyed the food here! Everything was delicious and decent quality, especially given the price. The portion sizes were also very generous - probably more so than most other hot pot places that we’ve been. We are avid hot pot eaters. The servers were kind and dealt fairly well and very patiently with an unruly group who were overly intoxicated and loud and rude. We’d go back if we were to be in Phoenix again!
Absolutely love hot pot, and this joint did not disappoint! The sauce bar was on point, and unlimited visits, if you need help putting together a sauce, your server will direct you to the best options for your dish! We were able to do a spilt pot at it table, allowing one to be spicy and one non spicy, or one vegetarian and one non vegetarian. Highly recommend the mushroom broth with all the mushrooms, delicious. While I rarely eat meat, I love their sausage options and how it flavors the hot pot. If you've never been, you can't go wrong, of you love hot pot you know what to expect, and you will fill up. I recommend getting lots of veggies!
Walking in, I was worried to think it wasn't gonna be good. But I was surprised and so excited to find this place. The broths are really good and all the meat work perfectly with the broth. They give you enough instructions if you have never done hot pot. It's definitely made for a small party. Except some spice, but not killer spice.
What a neat experience! This is an awesome place for those looking to try something different. They offer an extensive list of noodles, meats and vegetables to chose from which you get to cook in a base soup of your choice. Servings are pretty large so a this is a great option when you have a group of 4 or more. The spicy broth had a nice kick!
Best hot pot broth in town. Their spicy is packed with sichuan peppercorns, bone and mushroom are also packed with flavor. Wide variety of ingredient options including platters and options for the more adventurous or traditional. Very comprehensive sauce bar.Food: 5/5
We were looking for some new spots and came here . The reviews are pretty accurate. The price was affordable for 4 people and the portions were pretty large . The spicy pot was way too spicy for me and the bone broth is a little flavorless but that’s what the sauce bar is for . Over all this really hit the spot we will definitely come back. One thing I would suggest , the shrimp are not cleaned , I get they are fresh but I don’t like having to clean them Service was friendly Wait time maybe 30 mins Vegetarian options: They have a veggie hot pot Kid-friendliness: High chairs , noodles , rice for the kids Parking: Large parking lot
We always have an A-mazing experience everytime we visit here!Very authentic hotpot broth with great quality food material! Everything get presented artistically and crews are super friendly and helpful! This is not some random soup you can make at home! Super recommend you to come and try!
It's Chinese spicy hotpot at its best in the US at this price range. I personally will not come back because I can make it better at home as I am a picky eater and a pretty good cook. The service is hard to get although they are not busy, so if you only speak English, I recommend you sit close to their back kitchen where the service people go in and out. I speak their language but they just don't have the habit to check around and they avoid eye contact instinctively. Once you get hold of them, they are very accommodating to your needs, they just not use to come check on you like in an American restaurant, it's not about being rude or lack of service, it's mostly lack of experience and training. The other restaurant in the same mall area are all packed or even have a wait line, they barely have 3 or 4 tables while I was there. Give it a try, their portion, quantity, price, taste, ambience, décor... are all very good. I ordered a 3-meat combo, a mushroom combo, a meatball combo, milk tea, an Australian lamb. They are all good. The most mentionable thing is their soup base. The 9 grid set up is my favorite. Don't be scared by its look, it's not That spicy. When the whole pot is boiling, use the special spoon they provide to scoop the spices to a less desired/corner grids, use the center/square grids to cook your food. After a while, when the spices are all fully cooked, and the flavors are string enough for you, scoop all the spices out and put into a bowl see pic. This way, you'll have very little chance not struggle to have spices/seeds stuck on your food or between your teeth. You are welcome.
Most authentic hotpot restaurant in Arizona! It has been closed for couple months and after they secretly reopened in July they also improved their recipe for the pot bases. The servers and the owner are very friendly and told us the ingredients in the spicy pot are actually shipped directly from Szechwan China. That's why this place made me feel like I'm in China. The original beef bone broth is house-made and tastes so yummy! If you're new to hotpot, the servers could bring samples from the kitchen to show you what they look like and taste like! I'm personally a huge fan of lamb, I can't stop eating because the quality of all the meat are so good. They also have All You Can Eat from 12 to 3pm for $28.89 each person, great deal for people who can eat a lot like myself
Really good sized portions, especially for the price. My favorite broths are the spicy and mushroom broths. The spicy one is like a Szechuan soup broth, it has a nice kick to it, and the perfect amount of numbing spice. The sauce bar has a wide variety of options, try out a concotion of your own or look one up online. Friendly and helpful service as well, they'll come around to refill your broth if it runs low. Overall a fun experience, whether you're familiar with hotpot or it's your first time. Vegetarian options: Tofu/soybean based items, tons of vegetables and vegetable broth options.
