Nice place for dim sum while in Vegas. It can get crowded around lunch time but coming early will beat the rush. Their soy tofu flower is the best. As for all the other dishes they were average. The kids did not like the hot dog in a bun. Service was good. The place is spacious and has a lot of tables. The portion sizes were smaller to be expected. We eat dim sum every other weekend in SoCal so we're used to the portion sizes of the restaurants around the OC. So even though the prices were decent at Yum Cha but with smaller portion sizes, it can get pricy feeding 4 people especially with the higher sales tax in Vegas. But it's still a good place to stop by for dim sum.
A legit place to have some dim sum in Vegas. Delicious items, freshly made and served piping hot and tasting excellent. I had to send back the custard steam buns because it was underdone and the owner was apologetic and treated us to the star of the place, the custard bolo buns. Do not miss those like we almost did. Worth the trip just for those. Those football shaped things were outstanding and so crispy and chewy on the inside. The rolls with beef had the curry sauce on it and its not to be missed. The place showing its asean roots by adding that dish
My wife and I were visiting the area and found this gem. We love some Dim Sum and this place did not disappoint. We went during the lunch hour and even though they were busy the server was still quick at taking our order and the food came to the table pretty fast. The food was great and I would recommend it. When we go back to the area, we’re definitely going back!
Frozen beef balls!!! $8 for 2 tiny buns. Very expensive bad quality dim sum. You can see they microwave some of the food. Took over 15 minutes for 3 trays of dim sum and 1 stir fried noodles. I am very disappointed today : I still don't see how this can be a 4-star restaurant.
Offer authentic dim sum dishes with a lot of choices, excellent food and your taste buds will thank you . I wish we can have this kind of quality restaurant in Edmonton Alberta.Food: 5/5
Sam the owner came out and hung out with us. Quite an amazing experience. The folks here sorta treat you like family. Like grandma they stuff you and smile. The food is amazing and the speed it comes out is somewhat unreal to have the quality. From order to table , 3 minutes flat. We at it all. There’s like a cupcake pastry that’s got egg custard baked in middle. It’s like the most evil goodness in Vegas. Must get it. Overall, this is a must stop and get dim sum and plates. Great job here. Should be on every Asian Foodie eat list when they visit Vegas. Hung, Mythi, John, Dolly Vegetarian options: Just say it and they make it … kinda amazing customization. One guy in the back can make anything on the menu in one minute ?!! Kid-friendliness: Family oriented but you can come here as you are !
Folks, the BEST custard buns you'll EVER taste in the entire WORLD is made fresh, sold onsite, and served warm HERE! Eat and buy as many as you possibly can. Food: 5/5
Not the greatest option for dim sum or Chinese food, but not terrible either. Better options up by Chinatown but if you don't want to drive there. This place is an okay substitution for convenience. The dim sum and food portion is small but the prices are not bad. It seems cheap but for the size and quality it's not cheap. The food quality is passable but I'd recommend New Asian BBQ or Hong Kong Gardens for dim sum. Outside of dim sum the other Chinese items are better than the dim sum. Good fried rice and noodles. The noodle soup and other items are good too. Service here is good, quick and friendly. Which is why I gave it an extra star rating.
Food was affordable and absolutely delicious! I was pleasantly surprised by pretty much everything and how good it was! Especially the sweet and sour tofu skin roll with chicken, which I wasn’t going to get initially but ended up becoming my favorite thing. That and the bbq pork pastry are absolute must try’s!Food: 5/5
Went on a Saturday afternoon. Not many people there then. Quick service and very good dim sum. The fried shrimp balls were unique. Seafood dumpling soup was excellent. Roti Canai was ok.Food: 5/5
