Yummy China

This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly. Small storefront but has a good selection on the menu. I love that they can alter the spicy food if you want it toned down. The prices are awesome and the food is great! They do take out orders as well.

My wife & I rarely deviate from our usual Asian restaurant, but after trying this for the 1st time today, we may be switching it up. Everything was great, from the crab rangoon, Singapore noodles, Sweet & Sour chicken, & chicken wings that we had, were all phenomenal. The lady running the place was also very kind and polite and quick. We will definitely be back!

My family and I call in take out from here a couple times a month. As most the reviews already state, the women working the counter is the nicest person you will run into. I assume she is one of the owners. Food has always been 100% perfect! They give huge portions with fresh ingredients. If I order a "chefs special" i always have enough for dinner today and lunch tomorrow. I love the little specials like, spend $25 get a free order of crab Rangoon. Keep up the good work Hunan Wok!!!

They have the best Chinese food. I especially love their Egg Rolls and their Almond Cookies are to die for! The Beef Lo Mein is my favorite entree. They have fast service, generous portions, and the lady behind the counter is so sweet!

My husband not a fan spotted this place I was amazed that he enjoyed his food. Food wss delicious. Also glad to see a seating area Very friendly service . Will go back if I find myself in the area again.

Im new to fern creek, and pretty new to Louisville. Ive had takeout chinese from all over the country and i must say this place is the bomb. Sparkling clean inside, great service, great food, and FAST!! The nice older lady was the ONLY one there and my fiancée and I, along with her sister spent about 50 bucks. No lie when I say I signed the receipt and not even 20 mins later we were in the car! And the food was so fresh and delicious. This is the only Chinese spot I will ever consider or recommend in this area.

This place went way downhill with the change of ownership. Orange chicken had old, brown orange peels as opposed to fresh. The General Tso’s chicken tasted heavily of soy sauce. Crab Rangoon is still good. I’ll miss Hunan Wok.

The lady who runs the front desk is always smiling and patient even if someone has to request she repeats something because they don't understand right away. more importantly if you live in the Fern Creek area this is by far the best tasting Chinese food place around and the price isn't bad at all.

This was quite possibly the worst Chinese food I've ever had. It was flavorless and I don't think the chicken was actually chicken. The beef was coarse. I'm so disappointed that we wasted our money. I should add that we used to love this place before it changed ownership. It was our go to for Chinese carry out.

This is the best Chinese food in Louisville! Meticulously clean every time we go in and the two Chinese people that work here are some of the nicest people we know! They have loads of menu items many we were used to in the UK and Ireland that we cant find elsewhere and everthing I have tried has been fantastic!
