Absolute worst baby store there is! Lacking selection and sizes. Worst of all, rudest and least helpful sales people I have ever encountered! Zero knowledge of kids clothing or options. Store on UWS had dog pee in the center of the store too. Plenty of options for kids clothes so absolute no need to ever shop here.

Best place to shop for and kids. Good quality clothing and beautiful designs. Customer service superb.......good job will come back again and again ....

Have been here 4-5x trying to use a store credit and they never have what we're looking for in our size. They also claim that sale items can't be purchased with store credits, which makes no sense given them same amount of money was already spent.

Not bad. BUT my wife changed her mind and when I tried to return the items literally 5 mins after we left it was no refunds, just store credit or exchanges. Disappointed. Won't be returning.

I know the few reviews here are fairly negative, but I have to say that I had excellent service here recently. The saleswoman was super pleasant and really focused on helping me get what I needed. I like the selection of clothes for boys - the prices are a bit high but I think in Manhattan that is probably to be expected...
