They have books movies and music to choose from, new stuff as well as older materials. They also have digital downloads of many books. Great place to go.
It’s a nice library. Great selection of books and movies. It’s a big place, you can wander for quite a long time just looking around. There are some quiet sitting rooms in some out of the way corners with some comfortable chairs.
This is the main library of Anchorage. There are three floors the second of which it's time primariy for young adults teens and kids. There are quite a bit of homeless people who hang out there however they keep it well maintained and it's clean as can be.
Loussac drive-thru provides a Vote-By-Mail receptacle, supporting the voters and elections by making voting that little bit easier for voters' convenience and accessibility.
After a year long closing it is great to go to the huge,clean and friendly Library
Covid tests are convinient and easy. I've heard the library is a sanctuary for homeless batting so not sending or taking my kid in there.
I love this place. It even has a pond full of ducks and a park to take your kids to.
