What a unique concept, just when you think all the business ideas are gone you see a make your own pizza place and go "why didn't I think of that?!". Kramer from Seinfeld sorta had it right. Unlimited delicious toppings, a selection of different sauces. The pizzas are deceptively too much to each so if you're wanting a light lunch I would consider sharing this pill shaped pizza. I'm personally priced out of eating here regularly for lunch, but it's a nice $12 treat. The seating arrangement is a bit tight, the tables are barely large enough to fit the giant pizza boxes you receive. It looks like they have a recycling area for all the wasted cardboard. They have bottled beer and fountain sodas and water for drinks. If you like a plain slice of cheese pizza I think you're better off trying a different place.
So good! I split the margherita pizza with one other person. It was tasty but if I did it again I'd get my own and add some extra toppings. My friend has a gluten allergy and I was impressed at how well set up this place is to accommodate it.
Came here after a baseball game. Really good pizza with lots of choices for toppings. Especially liked that they had such a wide variety of veggies for toppings. Also it didn't take too long for the pizza to get ready either. Sitting area out in the patio. Definitely would get pizza there again if I'm ever in the neighborhood.
I make it my Lunch trip every Wednesday and each time it see to get better if that's even possible! I'm a Jersey guy at heart so typically it takes a top notch NY Style slice to excite me. Not anymore; the fresh ingredients and ability to make whatever you can imagine sends it over the top. P. S. Yes that's Shrimp on it
Zablong never disappoints! They have an incredibly unique take on pizza... my fav is the Trippin' Goat with fresh mozzarella and artichoke hearts added! Their service is fast and efficient, but also pleasant, and many times, they remember my order. :
Pizza’s bomb. Love the option and selections to build your pizza! Flavorful pizza, chill atmosphere, and great service.
This place was on my radar from the Yelp Top 100 list where it's sitting at #15. Since we were coming uptown for Charlotte Shout, it was the perfect time to try it. They let you do half and half on a pizza which I love. I'm all about variety. Based on Yelp reviews, we got half Vampire Slayer and half Tripping Goat for one of our pizzas and build your own for the second. We added caramelized onions to both and pork belly bacon to the Tripping Goat. On our build your own, we did southern cream sauce recommended by the guy making our pizza, fresh mozzarella, capicola, salami, roasted red pepper, caramelized onions, artichoke hearts, prosciutto, parmesan, and balsamic. I'll start by saying they were all delicious. I think my favorite was our build your own. The southern cream sauce was amazing. The garlic sauce on the Vampire Slayer was a bit intense. The Tripping Goat was on the sweet side, but very good. This was hands down the best build your own pizza place I've been to. It's also some of the best pizza in Charlotte probably my favorite after Neopolitan. Their sauce and protein variety really sets them apart. If you haven't been here, you really need to try it. It's a great value and delicious food.
Amazing pizza with outstanding sauce and quite the mural inside. I love that they make their tables into business advertisements that you are able to contribute to and add your name on their gorgeous mural also.
The pizza was amazing! Had it after a Panther game in the courtyard. Simple pepperoni then added black olives after cooking is simply amazing. Definitely give it a try! You will be glad you did
Super tasty. Great options for toppings and sauces. A little bit pricy for lunch, nearly $30 for 2 with a drink. Funky inside space with limited seating. Nice atmosphere.
