I am so grateful to have worked with Zach Kirchoff during my search for a new home in Minneapolis. From day 1, Zach was there with support, knowledge, and advice. Every call and every email was answered no matter the time of day or night. Zach understands the industry and knows what to do, or who to talk to, for any situation. Zach made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps that other realtors may not have. His experienced advice through negotiations and closing was invaluable. Throughout the process, I never felt like he was just trying to sell me a property. He was always focused on answering my questions and meeting my needs, more than closing a deal. Zach was a fantastic realtor. But above all, he’s genuinely nice, very personable, and someone you can trust. Zach’s honesty, work ethic, knowledge, and devotion are all very much appreciated. Zach sold my home for me in 2016. When my home was on the market, three other very similar homes were for sale on the same street. I was motivated to sell, and wanted to drop my price. Zach held strong with me and landed me with a price above asking. Zach is smart, honest and works incredibly hard. I would recommend him ten times over. He will listen to your needs and wants, but he will also share his wise insight on the market.

Zach is not only professional, he possesses a keen knowledge of neighborhoods, buildings and trends in an ever-changing real estate market.
