Writing this review based on a recent interaction with ZAG. I was looking for professionals who could provide technical audit and evaluation report. I found ZAG and they were very responsive and helped me within 24 hours. Great prompt service !

We have been a customer since 2000. Have tried other resources a few times and just realize ZAG is the best at what they do. With a great and varied team, their solution is the gold standard.

I have worked with this company for 4 years and cannot say enough about the competent and friendly staff of ZAG . We have 52 different companies, and ZAG has helped us with every one of them from upgrades to ransomware. There truly is nothing these folks can't do! 24 hour support gives us peace of mind. Highly recommend them!

Zag is an excellent company. We at SC Solutions have our own IT staff, so we use Zag as a consultant to advise us on strategic IT decisions. We also use Zag for those projects that requite experienced expertise in a specific area. They have always surpassed our expectations.

Out of all the MSP IT companies out there this one seems to be the worst of the bunch. They will do all they can to up sell you on their services. DO NOT do the Network Assessment, it is a sales pitch to scam your company out of money! I will never recommend this company to anyone!
