Zakian Rug Cleaning

Zakian’s came through FTW! My carpet has had a long and eventful life, having been subjected to wine stains, the soiling of my dogs, and the abuse of my 6 year old nephew. Zakian put the extra time in to bring my carpet’s brilliance and colors back to life. Thank you so much for the extra effort, professionalism, and responsiveness. “Marcel” approves!

The rugs look great. The people who picked up & dropped off the rugs were very kind & lifted furniture to get the rugs out & back under the furniture. They lined up the under liners with the cleaned rugs. When they were picked up the one gentleman told me that I could wash the under liners in a front loading machine which I did & they cleaned up nicely. The people who both picked up & dropped off were friendly & very helpful. My friend had her rugs repaired. She was pleased with the helpfulness of the person that she spoke with before the rugs were repaired.

Zakian is my go-to for rug cleaning, which doesn’t happen that often, but when it does I know they're in the right hands. Zakian has good customer service, good scheduling service, and excellent pickup and drop off service. I’ve always been satisfied with the end product. Above all, they provide an assessment of improvements, repairs, and steps you can take to preserve your rugs while they’re out to get cleaned, adding value to your investments.

Company was easy to work with and arrange for pick up and delivery schedules. The gentleman that came to pick up my rugs and the other crew that came to deliver them were polite, respectful, and very efficient. They were able to do a great cleaning job with the heavily stained rugs. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I have been a ZAKIAN customer for 22 yrs now. Not only do they clean the carpets very well but anything they find that needs repair they will call you and offer to do the repair explaining the cost and when the rug would be returned to you. Their customer service ladies are wonderful! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my rugs.

After a fire that caused smoke and water damage, Zakian has returned our rugs in fabulous condition. The colors are bright, the smooth texture is restored, and there is no trace of smoke residue! Thanks for a job well done.

They were great start to finish. Picked it up. I got calls from them- updates on it, able to answer questions about the rug. I found them to be honest and upfront on its needs! I also reassured that it was a rug worth putting the money and time into. Antique things need love and attention. It was dropped off. The guys were ready to put it down but I needed to deal with the furniture in place. Great service.

They do amazing work. We brought two rugs in that were damaged by our new puppy. One had pet stains and the other was chewed through the middle. When Zakian was done the pet stains were gone and the hole was repaired so that was only visible if you knew that what you were looking for. The price seemed more than fair for the work that was done. Definitely worth the 2-hour drive from Harrisburg area. We will be using them again to clean our other rugs.

I brought 2 rugs for cleaning. One of which is no longer available online and both were stained from years of foot traffic, pet hair, food stains, and even cat fecal matter. I was in desperate straits & needed my rugs cleaned while I was away on vacation. This was my first time getting them cleaned! I wasn't sure how it would turn out. Buuuuuuuut When I came back, my rugs were both looking like new! They told me how they went over some stains repeatedly in order to get them out; something they make clear on the website, is not always possible. But they were able to do it and they clearly paid close attention to detail as their main method of cleaning the rugs involves a large machine. And you know how machines aren't always as thorough as human effort & labor. Anywhoo this was my first time getting my rugs cleaned & I was quite pleased with the result. Drop-off was a breeze. You pull into the parking lot at the side of the building, park & call. They will buzz you in through the blue door by the loading dock. It's right there. You can't miss it. The strapping gents working there helped me carry my rugs up. I got a little discount for having brought my rugs in for drop-off & for picking it up when it was done, so if you're looking for a cost efficient way of getting your rugs cleaned, try & transport them there yourself. You are expected to pay at drop-off. Upon pick-up, they were kind enough to let me open my rugs on the sales floor to check & see if there was anything missed. The contrast of before and after can be seen in the photos I uploaded. 10/10 would go there again. I can tell the staff work hard and take pride in their results. When I picked up, they were just getting back in the swing of it as some ppl were out on vacation & things had got backed up a bit. I was not in a rush & was overall very pleased with the customer care I recieved.

The guys that picked up and returned my rugs were very nice and polite. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. They were always nice and easy to talk to about changes that had to be made with my order
