Worst customer service. Blonde lady is the rudest. You ask her a question, she rolls her eyes and answers curtly and nastily. Makes no effort to be nice or even polite. Her attitude is despicable. Came here twice and each time it was such a turn off.

Came with my fiance and woman there was rude. Do not come here. Worst customer service.

Came in to get a battery replaced and was in and out in under 10 min for $10. My watch is working perfectly again and Frank made sure the time was corrected. He is super-friendly and efficient. love it!

The place apparently doesn't open at 10, in fact a gentlemen worded through the glass door, "eleven" which told me I must have read something wrong. When I double checked it sure was supposed to open at 10. Hmm, maybe someone was late. Anyways, I got my ring and I'm happy now.
