Three months ago, I was trying to get an appointment, but I could not because of the receptionist, because she told me every time a new excuse, the doctor is on vacation, and also the doctor is busy with operations, and the last time I went, she said the doctor does not receive new cases, they make us wait for months without benefit...

He is not just a doctor but a scientist. He is extremely knowledgeable about biochemistry and how human body functions. He explains everything very thoroughly though repeated on return visits as if first time. Support staffs to rigid - cultural!

I came here for a physical and was seen by a “medical assistant” thinking that I would be seen by a nurse or even a doctor. The experience was very stressful and negative. She “asked me” what my weight is and what my height is. So I then had to ASK to be weighed. The front desk reception was very rude and impatient. When I later called to inquire who I was seen by, the office manager told me that I was seen by a medical assistant and that I was asking her too many questions.

Very rude staff, they need to change their attitude, othetwise they'll loose patients. I'm obviously changing the doctor, I don't think as a patinent I need to take their attitude. There are sooo many doctors on Brooklyn. They can hang up the phone on your without letting you finish what you are trying to say. I just needed to come back to fill out a form for my work, and they wanted me to schedule an appointment which was in four days. I told them I need it earlier, and the lady who was talking to me said something I didn't even get what she said and hung up. Then I. just showed up with my form, and they filled it out with a big favor attitude.

I went to see this Dr and after sitting in an empty waiting room for 3 and a half hours he finally called me into his office. I took a blood test after which I was called into his office and told I have a brain tumor. I went for an MRI, no brain tumor. I went back to see tge Dr and couldnt understand his thick accent while he was trying to explain to me what was wrong. I asked what I was suppose to do and he told me to come back to take another blood test. I still have sometging wrong with my hormones, was never treated, never understood what was wrong and after much time and frustration Im looking for a different Dr who will not waste my time and scare the sht out of me for no reason. If you can avoid this guy do yourself a favor and find a different Dr

I didn't even see this doctor. Booked my appointment through Zocdoc and on my way to their office called them to confirm and they said with a very poor English that I don't even have an appointment . They were rude and then they told me they have a lot of patients and I have to wait for few hours to see the doctor , I felt like I am in a third world country . Don't waste your time with this doctor . He couldn't even manage or hire the right people so I wouldn't trust him with my health!

The best doctor in the world! He has a very kind heart. He is a real angel who saves lives. Thank you doctor for being there!

Dr.Starosta is a very professional and thorough he takes his time to listen and gives you advice according to you medical needs. Sucha great Doctor as well as his brother Anatoly with the Physical therapy.

Very rude staff. They hanged up on me and didn’t give a chance to ask questions. I’ll go somewhere else where office staff respects their patients

The worst medical office!!!! Very rude staff, they need to change their attitude!!!! Boris is so rude !!!!!! He doesn’t want to listen to you he doesn’t want to help you .
