Zap Lube

When I first took my car to get washed here I was satisfied with the services so I kept coming back. Recently though their performance and service quality have decreased significantly. The last time I went there I payed full price for the cleaning of the outside and inside of my car and they said they wouldn’t be able to clean the inside because they didn’t have enough people. Fair enough I thought. I understood and still payed full price and left. Today I went back for a wash and I asked for their most expensive service. I asked if they could add the shine to the inside of my car like they had done so the first few times I’ve come in. Again they told me there wasn’t anyone there that could do that and I still had to pay full price. If I’m paying for their most expensive service then I expect my car to be spotless. And so far this is the worst job they have done.

I looked professional when they rendered the service - oil change and other checkups. Unfortunately, right after I left the service I realized that my tires were over pressurized - instead of documented max pressure of 36psi the guy put 46psi. Next morning I checked the oil level - above max the car was leveled properly. When visit such services you expect that everything will be done professionally.

$25 very bad and pessimistic service, they leave everything dirty inside, it is not advisable to let them wash it because they leave everything dirty with dust, they do the job very quickly and poorly. From the outside it looks good because the machine made it.

Last time I went to zap lube, I had asked them to clean inside and outside of the car. When they finished ‘cleaning,’ it was only 50% clean. When I got home to pick up my wife, she asked me if I really got my car washed…. It was still dirty, but I was willing to give zap lube another chance. Now, last Saturday, I was in line to get a full service car wash and then a guy cut the line right in front of me. I decided to let it slide because it was only one car. When it was his turn to pull in for a car wash, the attendant comes up to me and says that they were only going to clean the exterior part of my car. I told him that the guy cut right in front of me and there is still five minutes left till 6 o’clock. He repeated himself saying no more interior service for today and walked away. As a customer, I was very disappointed. The fact that this is my very first Google review ever says a lot. I had to leave the line. And i unfortunately have rate this place a one star because I felt that these people don’t really do a good job like they used to and I felt like us, customers, don’t matter to them, especially on weekends due to the fact that they just want to get the day over with and go home. Very disappointed

Unfortunately, this place provides inconsistent service. With the right team, you get a fair job at a fair price. Unfortunately, they don’t always have the A-Team working. Today I took my car in and they told me there was a problem with the oil drain plug, since I had been consistently coming here, I told them I wanted to speak to a manager, unfortunately, I was told no one would be in until tomorrow. The attitude of those working the morning of January 26 was absolutely poor, And I absolutely won’t be back. You would think for a $70 oil change, that they could hire professional staff that competently knew how to take care of your car, why would that be so hard?

I actually look forward to changing my oil at this place. You drive in they handle everything while you sit in a lounge area. They call you when done, you pay for service and you get a free carwash at the place. It's very inexpensive and they use quality products. Definitely recommend this place.

Literally the worst car wash I’ve ever gotten. They couldn’t even be bothered to wipe a rag on any of the dust on the interior, by the dash. Nothing. I live close and thought it would be convenient but I’ll have to drive a little extra next time if I actually want my car cleaned correctly.

Quick and friendly service ay the Oil change. NOTE: If you want to use the coupon for discount, you need to print it and physically present it. They don't accept a screenshot picture nor anything on your phone for the coupon. It's approximately a $6 discount. Basic Carwash was free with the oil change. Although it wasn't the best car wash, at least it was free. Location was convenient, around many stores.

For some reason, these workers working at the car wash locations are always in an extreme rush, with no patience for anything, but to take the money. also the person answering the phone was extremely rude. I didn’t even get a chance to ask for anything.

This is what I got after spending $70 and they wanted me to spend $140 more to have it vacuumed properly
