I've been getting my eyebrows threaded here since I moved to S. Jersey two years ago and it's usually a hit or miss. But today was the last straw. I came out with my eyebrows looking worse than before complete with a bald patch. I didn't realize the full extent until I went into my car. I thought about returning to have them "fixed" but decided against it. So glad I didn't return. I found another eyebrow threading salon nearby and explained my situation. They shaped my eyebrows beautifully. Won't be returning to Zara's.

I love shopping here for my babies clothes but there is always a long line at the register even though they many through out the store only one side is ever open.

I'm not sure why people think sanitized hands equals clean hands. But at this establishment, that is the thought. I walked in today for an eyebrow service. I spot the workers in the back eating. What m I'm not sure but that wasn't the problems. When the worker came out she explained that shr was eating fruit and would be right with me. I watched her back and come right out. I'm this time I never witnessed a drop of soap and water touch het hands. This is an up close and personal business. Their hands touch faces all the time. It just so happen that her hands touched food, possibly her mouth and then was to be on my face. Um, no! I asked her could she was her hands, she was visibly confused. I said "you just ate and I'd like your hands to be cleaned first". She walks to the sanitizer, pumps and says "it was just fruit and I'm using sanitizer". At this point I'm not sure if yhey even have a sink. So i say "do you have a sink and soap available to you? If so before you touch my face, your hands have to be clean". She goes in the back. I can't vouch for what she did back there. I will say that it was a small place and I didn't hear water. She enters the main area again. Visibly annoyed that a customer asked for clean service she states that her hands have been washed and was I ready. At this point I can't trust that her hands have been washed or that she won't purposefully mess up my eyebrows. So I left. Asking that your hands be CLEAN WITH SOAP AND WATER before you touch someone's FACE isn't a sin and should not be met with disgust. But here we are.

The lady that did my daughter's eyebrows made one shorter than the other. I went back within 5 min to have her even them out and she had an attitude. The other location in the mall booth did the same thing. They do the bare minimum and tell you that it looks fine when it's not how you like it. I paid my money so I expect it to be how I prefer it to be.

It's horrible here. I went yesterday because Dharma Karma was closed. I wish I never went. I specifically told her to please only take out the noticeable hairs that have grown out in the past week and a half (a simple clean up that anyone could see with the naked eye). She didn't listen and took it upon herself to do an entirely different form. In doing so she literally took off most if not all of my hair. I knew something felt off because she was hurting me more than the norm. I should've known better because the girl that went before me kept having to tell her to redo and redo so It felt as if she took out her frustration of the other customer out on me. It hurt like hell you guys and for someone who normally gets threading done...it wasn't normal. I cried as soon as I saw what she did and ran out of there. I had to literally run to the bathroom and try to pencil in all the hair she took away. I hate this place and will never go there ever again. I have a boyfriend and fortunately he loves me past the eyebrows but it sucks to know that my guy has to see me in this light. It's a shame too because they're inside the mall so I'm sure they're giving off a bad impression of what threading is suppose to be like. DO NOT GO HERE! Please do not go here ... They are horrible.
