I have dined in some of the best Persian restaurants in the world and very well familiar with Persian kabobs. I tell you Zaytoon either needs to stick with groceries or close shop and stop imitating kabob making. No taste but just meat is not Persian. Persian kabobs and its aroma is not found in this place. The service was good but no taste of kabob. Was sorry taking family there.

Very few times have i seen my husband LOVE food. As soon as he bit into his koobideh he sat back in his chair and was amazed with the flavor! Best cucumber yogurt dip I’ve had by far. I decided on the Barg kabob and the meat was so flavorful and tender. We have definitely found our go to place for Persian food.

Clean and welcoming restaurant attached to a small market. Very friendly service. Fresh, flavorful, juicy, and perfectly grilled food (I had the koobedeh, my husband the chicken kabob). Totally recommend the pistachio and rose ice cream. Loved it so much we bought a pint from the market attached to the restaurant among other items. Might I recommend the dried fruit bites? They’re ADDICTING!!!

Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews here. Some folks think they are kabob aficionados and have unreal expectations. I have had the pleasure of going here several times when I’ve been to Vegas. The food is very good and very fresh. The atmosphere is low key and no frills, but you won’t be disappointed if your craving Persian food.
