My kid had an amazing time here! The staff, Rihanna, was so helpful, kind and great with kids. My daughter loved the spaceship ride and had such a good time that she wants to have her birthday party here. The area was clean and there was plenty of space. I’m so glad to have a go to place for indoor play.
Three bouncing areas, a birthday party room, and token operated games that are cute but a little expensive for my taste.
Came in today for a 4 year olds birthday party and my little one had a very fun time. This is definitely a good place to bring kids. They have 3 bounce houses, several games, a couple of age appropriate rides for small children, and a party room for birthdays or other events. The staff member that was with us today was very nice, attentive to the kids and was helpful to the parents asking questions. Great place in my opinion! Plus it’s right across the hallway from the food court in the mall if you want to do catering from one of the restaurants! Great location! Good Job to the folks!
This place is terrible! Half the machines are broken, and the ones that do work cost $3 or more, and run for less than minute. The bouncey castle was filthy, covered in grime and bandaids.
DANGER WARNING. They are only interested in money not customers satisfaction. The place is not safe. They had a blower plugged into and electrical outlet that had no cover plate. A child could easily stick his finger in it and get electrocuted. It only take 200 milliamps to cause an adult to have a heart attack. The blower draws 15 to 30 amps. That would be 15,000 to 30,000 milliamps. That would equal death to your child. This place is not safe. Don’t take your kids there. Don’t trade Convenience for you child’s safety. It’s not worth the risk.
This is a rip-off they said they would let older kids go 7 minutes for 10 dollars and the VR is 7 dollars. The spin thing goes so slow and the people say it goes on for 3 minutes but it went way less like 1minutes. It was 4 dollars!!
Been here twice, both times the staff had a problem with an adult entering a bounce house to supervise a 2 year old. Insisted that the adult must pay to enter... seems like they only want to bounce the dollars out of your wallet. Check out "Pump It Up" in Silver Spring instead.
great place to spend 1 hour with kids but for 15 dollars a kid you get less then what you paid mostly because the staff is always looking over your shoulder and commenting a lot , this place works that you pay for every ride separately ..
Kids love the entertainments, but the person working there was rude and inconsiderate.
Awesome place, Lots of rides to play with... My son loved it! staff were so friendly and caring.. place is very clean as well...
