Reviews
Communication was not well done. We were told our installer would speak English and be able to answer any questions on site. We were not able to communicate with them. They also damaged the walls and didn’t clean anything up on the interior. I’ve worked with other, better companies before. Don’t waste your time trying to reconcile it, because the sales staff will blame the installer and not take responsibility for bad communication. Next time I will shop somewhere else.
Super happy with the ordering process, install and end result! A great value! The installer was very skilled. Made our kitchen remodel process a lot easier. We will for sure use this company again for any future counter-tops.
They were very accommodating in getting my order installed within one week of placing the order. I ordered cabinets and quartz countertops and a quartz backsplash. There was a problem with the sink that I ordered elsewhere and they worked with me to find a resolution. I will definitely be coming back
The people at ZC are just incredibly nice, they have a beautiful selection of granite and other products.they are very clear and concise on what your responsibilities are and it was a pleasure doing business with Them. The best part was that the man who installed the countertop did a beautiful job. Everything fit perfectly. I highly recommend them and they will get my business when I do my kitchen countertops.
Tina, Elaine and the rest of the team are awesome. They do outstanding work on time. Never a problem. One of the few vendors that really knock it out of the park. You guys are the best!!

Could not be happier with our new countertops. Found the same exact stone at Lowe's and fell in love with it. They quoted $4800 for our kitchen plus install. Thank goodness we checked out ZC! They quoted us $2800 including install. Wowee! The process was very straight-forward. We supplied careful measurements and a simple diagram. They did the rest! Our installer one talented man was great, threw drop cloths on the carpet and we are so impressed with his care and expertise. No seams! How? Is this magic?! Other reviewers have mentioned the language barrier. Please do not be dissuaded by this and trust in their fine workmanship. Ask for Charlie -- he was great! I'm so delighted with ZC Building Supply. If I know anyone needing countertops or flooring, I will forever sing this company's praises!
We have really bad experience on this place today Tina was so unprofessional we ask for quote and she don't even take time to discuss dimensions on quartz I need for my countertop n island she just says don't have time I need to go and we got there 30 min before close.,apparently she have to go n let clients how drive from Hillsboro area to this place I definitely will told my contractor not to send more clients here is waste of time
Paid almost $7000 for my bathrooms countertops done in quartz in two different colors. These are very large countertops , the Installer put the wrong quartz colors in the wrong bathrooms. He contacted Zc and was told of his mistake after I told him. One bathroom he did nothing and just quit. I thought that ZC would contact me to fix the situation but nothing. I looked up the contractors they use on the Oregon contractors board and TJ contractors LLC which they use as a general contractor has a suspended contractors license. The original installer said he used a very strong glue and it is a permanent permanent install. I will be filing a complaint with the state of Oregon and also it looks like a lawsuit will be in the works for this unlicensed contractor and business. Worst contractors experience ever.
3/8" out of square with the wall. They didn't think anything was wrong and refused to fix it. Had to buy expensive stove with extended glass top to cover up their trash install job. Don't use their installers!!!
