Had a zen and walking meditation session here. It was nice and calming. Liked the experience.
You would want to meditate if you can give your consciousness back to your environment. It may seem like work which it is. It may not always be uplifting which it is not. For me, the outgoing process is more important than the incoming process; you sit and try and try. Your form of trying is your business.
Attended tai chi quigong here. Great experience! The staff makes you feel welcome in their home, felt great afterwords! I would def recommend looking into trying an event they offer. Our day included home cooked vegetarian lunch, so fresh and delicious , prepared by gracious hosts! Thank you Zen Center!
