Dr Zen is a master at his craft! I have scoliosis and have seen different chiropractors for many years and he is the best. He is genuinely interested in helping patients feel better and stay that way! He is passionate about using movement science to allow the body to heal itself, obviously with the help of the excellent realignment of the spine that he will perform during each visit. Great location too and lovely staff. Super easy to get and make appointments. Highly recommend.

I recommend Dr. Zen and his team for anyone with chronic pain. I am a retired veteran and have been living with chronic pain for many years. I've been prescribed probably every medication available for my conditions with little to no relief. I've been through physical therapy and other chiropractors, but still, no relief like I experienced after just 1 visit to Zen Health Center. Excellent service, starting from the phone call to schedule my initial visit, all the way until I walked out of the center. I stepped into a very welcoming, calm, and relaxing environment, then was greeted by a pleasant lady with a warm smile who explained exactly where to sign and what it was for, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Zen walked out to introduce himself and took me back to begin the visit. He sat me down and talked me through every step. He examined me and explained every thing he was doing in a way I could understand. Dr. Zen does everything hands on to show what causes what pain or limited movement. He had me do movements and showed my limitations before the adjustment and showed me the improved changes after the adjustment. He sent me home with some stretches and exercises to do, but demonstrated them on me and had me do them properly with him first. My previous chiropractor just gave me a handout with exercises/stretches to do but didn't give me a walk through to ensure it would be properly executed on my own. After my adjustment, I had a full body massage. I let her know it was my 1st experience getting a massage so she walked me through each step and made sure to not be too rough for my 1st visit. It was one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experiences I've had. She isn't too chatty and is very professional. I walked out of the center feeling like a brand new person. Thank you, Dr. Zen and his team. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Since the unexpected retirement of my former chiropractor. I’m glad that I found Zen Chiropractic and Dr. Zen. Not only is Dr. Zen very knowledgeable about everything that has to do with the human body, but he has the inner calm which in turn calms me down. He is sincerely interested in correcting my back problems and help me immensely. I highly recommend him. An extra added plus is the staff that supports Dr. Zen. They are all friendly and very helpful.

My former chiropractor retired and I was referred to Zen. I appreciated the intake survey via online prior to my visit and the attention to detail as well as information during my first visit. I learned so much about my posture, how to stand in line with my center, proper technique for getting out of bed as I recently strained my back muscles, and certain stretches to help with my upper and lower back. This was my first chiropractic appointment and I was super satisfied with my experience. Dr. Zen and the front desk got my paper work in order efficiently. I worked with Dr. Bautista and he did a great job explaining his process with me before, throughout, and after the appointment. I went in feeling very informed and listened to. After the hot pads, realignment throughout my back and neck, I immediately felt a sense of release and relief from tension, stress, and anxiety. I am a PhD student and I spend a lot of time in front of a computer. I’ve been living with this pain for several years and that is why I appreciate this process. I hope to come back for a next visit to help reverse years of pain due to work.

Doc is the best yet! He uses start of the art equipment, explains each form of treatment, and teaches you exercises and stretches to boot. I’ve been through a good number of chiropractors and Zen Health Center is the best yet!! Recommend Zen to anyone.

I have always had an excellent experience at Zen Health Center. Dr. Zen understands my health problem and is knowledgeable as to the best course of action to fix it. Invariably, the pain lessens or goes away within a few days. His receptionist is always pleasant and helpful.
