Love how friendly and easy it is to talk to the artist here. Everyone is super friendly. The artist do an amazing job tattooing hereThe whole environment is super clean, you don’t feel awkward how you normally would at other shop. Highly recommend this shop

Some of the artists are not very friendly but they do great work. They do talk trash on other customers which I don't think is very professional! Makes you wonder what is said about you when you leave?! Overall a chill place with great artists!

I got my second tattoo today and am so happy with it! It’s exactly what I wanted it to look like. Neil was so professional and did an absolute amazing job! I will definitely recommend him to anyone! Thank you so much Neil, it’s perfect!!

A few weeks ago I went in here and talked with Jesse about a design I had drew up. I showed him my design, explained my budget, and told him how I wanted it on my chest. At first he said he could do it, but then began telling me that he would only tattoo it on my side or ribcage, and said that my budget was a good starting point and I can come back "when I get more money". I then re-informed him of my budget and what I wanted, and Jesse told me he had "been tattooing since I was 4 years old"; I guess he thought his experience warranted him controlling the design, placement, and price range. I then showed him a second design I had drew, and he insulted it and told me it looked like a "prison tattoo". This interaction just reinforces bad stereotypes of tattoo artists being arrogant. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

My son has gotten his tattoos at Zen, I read the reviews and went in to talk to them, I explained the piece I was wanting which is pretty good size they referred me too Harley I had some concerns due to the reviews but after talking to him personal I felt good about it, I went in on January 21st for the first session, OMG it was amazing he did a fantastic job the lines are perfect and it's been 2 weeks and has healed perfectly! I can't wait for my second session coming soon, I have no hesitation on his talent he did the first session all free hand and I'm in love with the work he did! I have recommend him to my friends and no longer have any doubts! Will update after my second session! Word of advice always meet your tattoo artist and never go off the review! He is amazing and great with making sure you are comfortable during the tattoo!!! ***update*** I have now been back for my 2nd and 3rd sessions and again I couldn't be more pleased there is no scaring no bumps and looks amazing!! He has hand drawn. My art work I couldn't have made a better choice for my artist! Harley now has a customer for life Thank you!!!
